Disembarking in Miami was terrible
Disembarking in Miami was terrible. I had to find all 4 of the luggage to be sent and pay a porter to "dump" them in a pile outside of the terminal. No luggage forward rep anywhere. It took both my husband and I as we also had 4 carry on to fly home with. This process took over an hour.
