I’m still waiting to hear from Katrina…
I’m still waiting to hear from Katrina regarding my blinds. Two of them didn’t get blackout backing on them and one is torn on the valence. I have called several times- been put on hold for a long period of time- only to be told someone will call back- but no one does. It’s going on a month that I have been dealing with this.
