I have booked many packages with expedia and have never had a problem. With my latest Ryanair flight I paid extra to sit together both ways. On the way out, it was fine, but we were split up when returning. I contacted Expedia and spoke to Sydney who dealt with my call quickly and efficiently and offered me two options - extra points or a refund. I chose a refund and this was in my bank account within two days. Excellent customer service.
