Finally got results !!
After calling for four weeks, I finally got Kathy on the phone and she was efficient. She checked on my Hardship claim and finally was able to help me and clear things up. My paperwork have been sitting there for over a month and and Kathy finally finally got the correct answers for me for Customer Service with stellar!!!!
