Expedia, Terrible! Experience!!!
I tried to reserved two nights stay, 45 minutes the way, Expedia tried to give me a smoking room! I called to verify they had the reservation before I drove 45 minutes away! And the hotel tells me it's a smoking room! I'm certainly not looking for a smoking room and I have my five year old! Did I get a message saying that I have a car rental reservation from Expedia! I did not need a car I did not reserve for a car rental! They ended up taking $15 out of my account that I can see so far! I have to cancel my card so they don't take $300 out of my account for a room that I was never able to use didn't even go there! SMH! Expedia is a joke.. Do Yourself, a favor and use, Another App! not Expedia!!
