What excellent customer service is all about
I have had the most fortunate opportunity to work with Jonathan Kim. From the very start Jonathan was very sincere in his interest of what has happened to me and he showed much concern about what he could do to help me out. In today's climate, finding someone like Jonathan seems to be a rarity. He has embodied what true and genuine customer service is all about. I can't thank him and your company for providing such wonderful customer service.
