Unfortunately my 100g throttle system…

Unfortunately my 100g throttle system had a fault , I contacted Gina who asked the question to find the fault . I was thinking it was a major fault , didnt realise they would supply a New battery top , which was easy to replace with the controller. The throttle is now working as it should and the rest is great , I am glad I picked this system with so few working PARTS

100G tech has been responsive ever since I purchase the kit. The website and instructions enclosed with the kit has enough information for the build, and general troubleshoot information. If there’s a problem, there are lines of communication via email, WeChat, and Whatsapp. They respond. Under warranty issues, they look into issues, either a new item is sent, or the old item is sent back for them to look at, and find a solution, and rectify the problem for future references in case it comes up with other kits. It’s are easy to set up. There’s a lot of options and accessories/add ons. Ordering is fairly fast, packaging is free or inexpensive, accessories are relatively inexpensive. So far the kit is adaptable or all sorts of bikes. A 250 watt has been good for a hilly urban area, the 350 for those who are power hungry. Four different batteries with two different voltages and three different amperages’. The pedal assists in the the motor. It works really well so far. The 250 watt has been adequate in my hilly urban area. Added is a display function, and thumb throttle. 100G’s app is well thought out for the kit, but I prefer keeping the phone “in the pocket,” and use the display. The app is good for diagnostics. For gearing I purchased their cassette and had to modify it at the local bike shop…it’s not their fault, it’s the bike frame. It rides nicely on a commuter bike. I’d consider purchasing another one for a dirt bike.

Generally I like the kit vey much

Generally I like the kit vey much! Simple to install, light, just enough power. Just a few comments based on using the kit. Perhaps useful for future development: 1. Display brightness should be increased. Not possible to see on a sunny day 2. There should be a charging port in a holder so that you do not have to remove the bottle from the holder every time you charge. It always requires unlocking. The lock and the key do not look very solid and durable… 3. It would be good if the bottle cap can be rotated 180deg so that it is in a correct position while mounted on the vertical tube 4. Please consider designing a version of a motor compatible with a through axle

Made a special order that was sent from the factory. I was quoted 5 week lead time and it arrived exactly 5 weeks later with no import charges. Very easy to fit did it less than an hour and a half. The replacement display is not visible…

The replacement display is not visible in sunlight. Part is not easy to install. I am still struggling in adjusting the power assistance level. There is a app 3 second delay before assistance increase uphill, then its to strong.

Service was great

Service was great. Products arrived when they said they would and nothing was missing. Only thing that could improve would be if we could be given a few more delivery updates, and specify where the products are being shipped from so we don't have to guess the time frame. The throttle does not fit road bike bars, I had to attach it with a cable tie

Excellent company

I ordered a rear wheel kit, everything went smoothly. It took 25-30 days to arrive ,which is brilliant! Arrived in the morning, my bike was an e bike in the afternoon. Customer service is second to none, Any questions are answered promptly but they are 7hours in front so sometimes you will get an answer next day

A very good thing!!!

First, the weather was not good in the last weeks. My case was a bit special. I install the the parts in a old Bulls e-bike. The installation was not difficult, but there ist no indication on the motor in which direction it rotates. Of cource I moundet it wrong and it ran backwards. After I turned the wheel it worked perfectly. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would buy it again.

The kit for the rear wheel is great. Lightweight - you can still get the bike onto a bike rack. Powerful - the assistance in headwinds and on hills is great Intelligent - the drive is designed so that the bike can be ridden like a normal bike without assistance. (The motor then does not brake). Simple - no unnecessary bells and whistles, which also makes installation very easy Customer service - friendly, fast customer service that helps quickly and easily despite the distance to China.

100g Geeko kit. Best kit I've had.

I have purchased 2 kits with the 10mah battery on 2 separate orders roughly 6 months apart. Delivery as expected takes about 4-5 weeks. This was expected. With the first order I bought my own 12 speed cassette. . I therefore had to fit this myself. It did take me a few hours as I hadn't done it before. However if you had bought the company cassette it would have been easier. With the second kit I had to transfer the cassette from a boardman bike onto the kit. This did take me a few hours as I couldn't get the gears to change properly. I worked it all out in the end. The kit is amazing and I'm really glad I bought them. The sensor on the rear wheel cassette works brilliantly. Such a great idea. The rear wheel is great. I use Bluetooth to control the power levels. This is superb. I've had one kit about 7 months and the other about a month. I use the bike every weekend and do about 35 miles. The way I use it mostly on steep hills I could easily get about 100 miles plus to a charge. Best kit I've ever had. I've had 2 previous kits from the UK. One I wasn't keen on because I didn't like how the sensor operated and how bumps would disturb the connection. I don't have anything bad to say at this stage. I am enjoying the kit and at half the price of the UK one I can't complain
