Only giving 1 start because i can't find a lower rating. They are a scam company .. stay away. Waited 6 months for a delivery .. never arrived .. tried to dispute charge with credit company... then they came up with a delivery date that never happened .. Buy from reputable companies.... not these guys.

I ordered LED lights in early May and have waited for delivery. It is now the beginning of August and no shipment has arrived. I have contacted 5econds and have been told the product will be reshipped but I have never been provided with a new date for shipping or a tracking number.

Ordered goods 7 weeks ago from 5econds and still no sign of my order
I ordered my product from 5econds on the 15/6/2020, it is now 4/8/2020 and I still have not received the product.
I chased the product 2 weeks ago with Alex from 5econds whom replied that due to COVID19 there are extra delays with shipments.
I asked for a refund last week from 5econds, as now I do not need the product anymore, and 5econds said they will send the product soon and not offering me a refund just some kind of discount for the next order.
If I do not keep chasing 5econds I feel that they will not follow up with the product and the money I wasted.
Thus far I still do not have a tracking number for the product from 5econds.

These good reviews below for 5econd is fake. I have ordered items back in March 2020 and requested a refund and they will not return my money. Plus the company lied and stated they are in the states until you check your bank and items coming from Singapore. Company should have not lied stating in the states and took people money knowing we was not going to get our order.

ordered charging cable from 5econds on Jan 9. It still didn't arrive in today July 28, I emailed them asking for my money back they didn't reply at all, its a scam organisation for stealing peoples money and bank details to sell for other scammers. And they even wrote fake reviews just right now, from spam bot accounts that make the site look legit. Its a scam nontheless.
And its doesn't make sense what you said. I ordered it on January 9 and it was supposed to come in a week. Way before corona spread worldwide. You guys only copy and paste the same answer to other customers. And you can't even explain the bots you are using to make fake reviews and you didn't answer why you didn't reply to my emails. And I don't want to reach out about having my order now. I just want my refund i no longer want to buy your trash.

Don’t buy from this company ... I ordered a $150 flashlight...
Update ... Well it’s now 11 august and I told the company I want to cancel order for the 4 th , they responded by crying they can’t cancel because flashlight is shipped .... well surprise I get email August 5 that my flashlight was shipped I have tried to cancel 3 previous times but they say they can’t because the item was shipped, I ordered 5 June.
Previous response... I ordered a $150 flashlight. The web site said 2 to 3 weeks delivery, after checking weekly on their shipping web site it finally said prepared for shipping ... but not shipped ... they finally responded to my request for information after 5weeks .. i ordered 5 June... they said it was coming the following week. The web site still says the product not shipped ... now they say another 3 weeks. Still not shipped.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have an email thread consisting of 25 emails, with Alex their so called Chief Happiness Officer LOL!!!!! My package never arrived, I no longer receive updates, I don’t expect it to arrive. They won’t refund me, all they’ll do is continue to send an automated apology message. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

My order was returned to the sender twice before finally arriving 2 months later. Box was real banged up when it arrived. Communicating with "Alex" via email was frustrating as she kept giving pat answers. I question if she may actually just be a bot. She ignored my repeated requests for a refund.I wish I had thought to read reviews on this website before ordering from it. I suggest you avoid the headaches of dealing with this site.

The product purchased was received in great condition. I was pleased with the three vegetable peelers for julienning and essentially experimenting with vegetable spaghetti dishes. Thank you.
Now I am awaiting my other purchase of the adjustable laptop table which has many variations depending on where I sit with my laptop.

We used their measurements to get the product. It arrived and didn't fit. I wanted to exchange it for the right size. They wouldn't even discuss it. Also, found the same product for a fraction of the price online. Major rip off.

Don't believe the fake positive reviews of 5econds. THEY ARE CROOKS! I placed an order and never received product. They claimed to send out a new order but refuse to provide me a tracking number for the 2nd order. Several months later I requested a refund and they've stopped replying to my messages.
I have contacted AMEX and reported them and was told they have received other complaints. Do not waste your money like I did. They are not a reputable company.

This business is a scam. Beware! I ordered ortho shoes and after 3 months of lies about delays I filed a complaint with PayPal. The shoes were never delivered. 5econds sent a fake tracking number to PayPal so invalidated my complaint. BEWARE 5econds will steal your hard earned money.

This is the first time I have ordered any products from 5econds and I have been extremely disappointed! I ordered two of the HydroJet 2-in-1 High Pressure Power Washer on May 27th and I just recieved my order yesterday, July 17th. While I understand due to the COVID-19 shipping for many companies have been delayed...but 1 1/2 months later...really!! When I recieved my packages they were so damaged, and I mean smashed! Both ends of the boxes were smashed opened and there was no kind of paper work about the products or any kind of instructions about the products uses, etc. I have not used the product yet so I can not say how effective it will actually work but I am hoping it will be worth the money I spent. I had contacted the company by email a week prior to receiving the HydroJet to find out why I still had not gotten my product. I received a response back 3 days later addressed to a gentleman's name, saying thanks for expressing interest in their product but the product was for women only and then thanked me for contacting them. WHAT??? I was ordering the HydroJet, not a product only for women!!! And no mention of where the product was and why I had not received it. I don't know what all the confusion was about regarding this email but needless to say I am not impressed with this company or their customer service. They look like they have some interesting products but I am not so sure I will be purchasing any more products from them.
