Sent Me the Wrong Wig, Refused to Fix It, Then Stopped Responding
Extremely disappointing experience with Amanda Hair. I ordered a black 28-inch, 300% density, 13x4 loose-wave wig. Because I needed it before vacation, Amanda Hair offered me “the same wig in 26 inches,” which I agreed to.
That is NOT what they sent. I received a reddish/orange glueless pre-cut wig with a drawstring, lower density, and completely different curl pattern and construction. It was an entirely different wig.
When I contacted customer service with photos, they initially offered me $15 and blamed the color difference on hair variation. When I explained that the curl pattern was wrong too, they actually told me to use a wide-tooth comb to make it looser. They repeatedly avoided the actual issue: they sent me a product I did not order.
I asked multiple times to return the incorrect wig for a full refund. Instead of simply correcting their mistake, they continued trying to convince me to accept it.
I have photos, my original order confirmation, and the emails documenting exactly what was promised and what was sent. I would never order from Amanda Hair again.

Absolute Scam! Thin Unit, False Advertising, and Endless Runaround!
Rating: 1/5 StarsI am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Amanda Hair. Do not waste your money on this company. What they advertise on their website vs. what they actually send you are two completely different things.
First of all, the unit I received was a complete joke compared to the description. I ordered a specific density, but what arrived was incredibly thin. It looks completely lifeless. To make matters worse, the unit was completely unstyled and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures shown on their site. There was no disclaimer or note saying it would be styled differently. They claim "what you see is what you get," but that is a blatant lie.But the worst part? Their atrocious customer service. I have been trying to get a resolution since the day I received this horrible wig and all I get is the runaround:
The main company chat told me to email after-sales.
After-sales replied telling me to send pictures back to the website chat.
The website chat then sent me right back to the after-sales email!
It is an endless loop designed to make you give up. They completely refuse to take accountability or help their customers. I highly recommend that NO ONE purchase anything from Amanda Hair. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a company that actually values honesty and customer service.

I’ve bought 5 wigs from Amanda hairs and they have all been top tier!! I’ve bought blonde, auburn, honey blonde mix and black. My blonde wigs have all been mixed ombré colors and they color to PERFECTION!!!! It takes 2 weeks to ship but trust the process, because they are individually making them perfect! This is the only company I’ve bought from for a couple of years and I’ve bought from several companies over the last decade. The quality of their hair is A+ and when they say pre-everything…they mean it! Pre plucked (although I still pluck just a little bit more around the temples, just for an even more natural look.) And they always have really good sales & you don’t have to beg them for coupon codes! The codes are easily accessible and all over their site! I looooove this company!
The hair is absolutely amazing. I receive compliments all the time. Love the 36 inch length. I only wish 34 inches was available In kinky straight and Burmese curly. Keep up this quality surpasses your competition. Customer service and updates were phenomenal. Thank you again. I will continue making purchases from Amanda.

The order received delayed , clip came off immediately when I received the item, and the front frizzy and back curly, so I’m very disappointed with the quality. I contacted them about the issue, and they only offered me $15,and told me to sawed the clip, which I’m not satisfied with. The item was defective when I received it, and I believe I should receive a full refund, i don’t recommend it!
Ordered a brown straight wig and when it arrived it is ginger. Offered $15 discount but said I wanted to return it. After many days they said I can’t return it as it’s a customised colour which means most of their wigs are non returnable. I will never buy from them again. Do not recommend
They delivered the wrong wig, wrong texture and wrong color. I asked them to rectify it but they claimed there was no problem and stopped responding to emails. You won't know there is a problem until you have one. Highly do not recommend.
I am extremely pleased with all of my purchased wigs
I am extremely pleased with my wig from Amanda Hair! The quality exceeded my expectations. The hair is soft, silky, and not too heavy for my summer here in Florida. It arrived beautifully packaged and was ready to wear with minimal styling. The density is perfect 300%, and there was very little shedding. I also love how comfortable the wig feels throughout the day. It's 26 inches long, and the color is exactly what was advertised. The only problem for me is that I should have ordered a longer length.
