This company is fake! They say easy return but it is not true! The unit that I ordered looks like a piece of junk! Never again! Beware!

They actually deserve 0 stars as they play games when it’s time to return the merchandise. I was on time with informing them about my need to return the unit due to the length of it being inaccurate and the texture of the hair not as ordered… they are in China and to return the item would cost as much as the wig.. they are unrealistic. They offer you $20 partial payment on a $150 purchase… get out of here. As A RESULT, I ENDED UP NOT GETTING A REFUND AS THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR POLICY. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR RETURN POLICY ITS NOT AS IT SEEMS. Dissatisfied former customer.

The hair I received was veryyy full. For once the hair looked like what the influencers are promoting as well. I was able to bleach the knots as well.

This is the only review you need, trust me. Ignore their fake reviews on IG or judge me. I ordered two wigs, got outright trash, both quite different to advert pictures on wigs. I ordered a nice m soft curly wig, was given rat kinky curls and then sent a tik tok video of how to ‘change’ the curls to the one I ordered lol. I ordered bleached knots, it wasn’t bleached. On my second wig, density I ordered for was 250, was given 180. Thin ends, VERY different on both to advert wigs. Length wasn’t really exact as ordered, hair looks a bit synthetic, paid for bleached knots too on this one and didn’t get it. To add insult to injury, seller wanted me to pay shipping for return to China, despite their policy saying if it’s a quality/wrong order issued I will get the return free. Then they tried to offer $20 compensation on $460 hair. This was a stressful time for me for many other reasons and AA customer service were absolutely terrible, downright dishonest and kind of fraudulent. The bank granted my chargeback, but I hope they send me a shipping label bc their hair is JUST that bad and I have nothing to do with it. Save your money, and then your stress dealing with this company!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! WARNING WARNING I wish I could display this is what I ordered and this is what I got. I ordered a ombré lace front wig with blonde highlights fading into the brown. I’m not lying when I say I received a pink highlighted wig. When I sent them the photos so I could return the wig with all accessories, I was informed the reason for returning is not a qualified reason to return they will offer me $20. No I don’t want $20 take your pink wig and provide me my refund as your policy states. Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

Wish I could do zero stars. This has been the worst experience ever! My two wigs arrive, the quality is terrible, the color looks so fake and they smell bad. I put them right back in the bag. AMANDAHAIRS is refusing to issue a refund and keeps offering $10 when I paid well over $300. I’ve sent 10 emails and today after they’ve refused my refund for the 5th time, I’m filling complaints with my bank, PayPal, the BBB and FTC. Do not under any circumstances order from this company!!!!

They sent the wrong wig and said it would take 30 days to ever see my return and then the wig could get “lost”in the mail and I wouldn’t get a return then at all.. beware of this China place DO NOT trust them I 100 lost!

Wig looks nothing as advertised. They just sent a WIG. Say they have 100 percent satisfaction or return. They are not honoring their own return policy. Do not order from this company. They will not refund your money. They will just send any wig and not what you ordered. Wig is very thin and looks cheap. This is fraud. I will dispute with my bank.

Hair was not as advertised, it is very thin not 180 density as advertised it's looks completely different than the picture, what waste of money. I will never buy from this company ever again this wig does not worth the price $200 don't waste your money I wrote the seller twice and included pictures I did not get any response. I ordered a body wave from this company…
I ordered a body wave from this company on Oct 16th, 2023 and received it approx a week later. Upon opening the box I could tell right away it was not what I ordered. I ordered 14inches and the wig I got was about 12inches. I also paid extra for a thicker wig. This wig is thin. I immediately emailed “Faye” and told her I wanted a shipping label to send the wig back. She asked for a picture. I sent her a picture. She has sent me two emails now after me telling her I want my money back. One email asking that I straighten the hair to see how much longer it will be (seriously?) the second asking that I keep it and she will reimburse me $15, yes $15 lousy dollars. I paid well over $100 for it. What is a return policy when they don’t honor it? This has happened to me before with Chinese owned hair companies. I’m done, they are all a scam and take Blk women’s hard earned dollars. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not honor their return policy and instead try to talk you into keeping the product.

I order a 24-inch wig
I order a 24-inch wig. The wig came in a bag that showed 24 inches but the wig was not 24 inches. I contacted customer services and it took weeks before they contacted me back however, I kept getting spam emails with promotions they were running and items they tried to sell me. I have asked repeatedly how to return the item for a refund and they have not provided the information. I am out almost $300 with no product. The wig they sent I will never wear. Beware of their paid reviews. This company is bad news.

This company has a wheel that you can spin to see if you can win discounts or cash. You only get to spin after entering your email which subscribes you. I spun the wheel and it landed on 500.00 cash! The company did not want to honor this winning and said it was a mistake! Really?? I took a screen shot and even showed this to them… they still said it was a mistake! Fraudulent and real grimy of them! Don’t buy from this company, anyone who doesn’t pay what they owe is a crook and a liar. We will be heading to court! Save your money, buy from someone else!
