Terrible company and terrible service. First of all the wigs are not as pictured. When I received mine, it was clearly wrong in size, density and shape. Customer service is ridiculous. I have followed all instructions to return the item, Since March 4, been back and forth with no resolution (Since February 18th) and still waiting for a refund. They have stopped all communication with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or you will regret it.
I ordered hair and received it 2/22/25. Although their website states easy returns, that’s not the case. I’ve been requesting return instructions and address since 2/22 and they have refused to provide information. I am not happy with my hair since it is thinner than pictures or their service.

This company IS HORRIBLE ! If i could show you guys the wig i ordered vs what i received, it’s not even the same wig. I ordered on January 22nd and received it today 2/16. 23 days later !! It took WEEKS for a label to even be generated! I didn’t even have my wig on time for what i needed it for and luckily i have other wigs . I order a 16 inch reddish brown bangs . They sent me a 14 inch tight curled grandma wig . 00/10 would i ever recommend
My wife ordered a lace wig from this company. They lied and stole her money. They think because their business is in another country, they can just get away with this act of fraud. Save your money and shop elsewhere

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE You should be aware that They do not actually let you return the wig so you can never get a full refund. So if there was a problem or issue with the wig, you can’t get a full refund. I spent over 200 on one wig, I emailed saying I did not like it and I would like a refund and they gave me every excuse to not give back a refund. They wouldn’t even give me a return address to send it back to you. So bad I will be writing loads of complaints until I get my refund

They sent me the wrong wig and when they got back in touch with me that took days they said they would give me 20 dollars for a refund and I paid almost 200 hundred dollars please don’t order from this company. Iordered a 138 euro wig from Amanda Hair and received the wrong hair. Return was impossible. I complained immediately and after several emails I was told that return was not possible never again Amanda Hair!!!!!!

I got the viral 30 inch curtain bang wig. The lace melted well, the hair feels nice, and I receive lots of compliments! HOWEVER there are some major faults that come with these TikTok wigs unfortunately. I paid for the knots to be bleached and they barely did anything. However, when my aunt bleached them the knots bleached easily. When I first got the wig it smelled like fish and heat damage. When I got it washed the smell went away but there was shedding. The models/influencers show 30 inches of curls, but the wig is only 30 inches when the hair is straightened. THE WIG IS ALSO NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR. You can tell because there are shiny red strands throughout the wig and a few of them melted when I ran a hot comb through it. Overall, I would only recommend buying the wig if you get it on sale like I did. I personally don’t recommend spending over $200 with companies like these because they tend to cut corners and you never know what you’re gonna get.
Terrible decision The unit I ordered was not what I received in the mail. This company falsified the advertisement and refused to correct it buyer beware at your own risk..that doesn’t even include me waiting over 3 weeks for some bs.. the unit looks like someone did it in there kitchen. My daughter ordered a wig with this company. She spent $200 on the wig and they sent the wrong wig. She contacted them asking to get the correct wig. The wig she ordered was supposed to be 24 inches and 250 density, she received an18 in low density wig. Customer service told her to straighten the wig they sent so it would be longer. Then, they admitted to her that they sent the wrong wig but want her to pay for shipping to send the wig back and if she doesn’t receive a refund to contact her bank. My youngest daughter loves the wig. She wants to buy the exact same wig but this company is so shady she’s afraid to purchase from it. Please go else where to spend your money. This company doesn’t respect the their customers and tries at every turn to cheat their customers out of their money.
Ordered 2 units on Dec 1st. 10 days later, I inquired about the shipping status and they immediately created a shipping label and claimed it shipped, which was a lie. Til this day, the tracking says FedEx never received the package from them. I inquired again about when my items would be shipped and was ignored. I had to eventually dispute the charge with Amex to get my money back. Buy from these scammers at your own risk. Keep in mind they also steal photos and videos from other wig vendors.

I would give this Company a Negative Star Review of i could!! Their Product and Customer Service was terrible! The hair took about 3 weeks to come to me To spite what it said on their Website shipping and When i contacted then to cancel the Wig they refused to Cancel it. It arrived and it was supposed to be a Brown wig with bling hilights and it came to me in Black Orange and Yellow. This is the ugliest and most Terrible thing i have ever seen in my life and i cannot believe someone would sell this product!! Whatever you Do!!! Do not Buy Anything from Amanda Hairs.
