I ordered a maxpre wig which meant the wig should have been customized with bleached knots, plucked hairline, 300% density etc.. after being sent the incorrect tracking number and waiting 3 1/2 weeks for the order it came and was a factory wig! No customizations at all!!! Maybe 180% density at best, certainly not 300%, knots not bleached, hairline not plucked, lace not pre cut! It took 2 days for the company to respond and when they did they said I had to pay to send it back but because it was customized I cant get a refund!!! WTF! I sent pictures to prove that the wig was not what I ordered and they stopped responding!!! Save your money sis!!!!!DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
Shipping could be faster, it takes over 2-3 weeks but they do respond to messages and try the best to help so I appreciate that.

I ordered a 250% density wig and when it arrived the wig was sooooo flat meaning they gave me the wrong density. I emailed them and the lady that replied was being passive aggressive. I wrote a review on their website a few days ago and when I checked today, I saw that my review was taken down. I would not purchase from this shop and when looking don’t just go off the reviews on their website, but do actual research .
Ordered my wig the 25th of April its may 4 i still havent gotten it.they said its because theyre coloring the hair but i know well it don’t take this long, i havent even received any shipping information .ive requested a full refund well see how that goes.

I’ve reached out and was told I ordered a custom wig which could take 3 to 9 working days and does not include the 3-5 shipping days which is RIDICULOUS! I have never waited so long for a wig! I placed my order on April 17th and I still have no updated info on my wig..I was told since my wig is custom the processing time takes a little longer..I've purchased through several other wig companies and by far this is the longest wait I've ever experienced..I dont think I will purchase from this company again because the long processing time it makes me feel like I'm being scammed..

My experience started off slow but customer service was great, in the beginning. Once I finally received my unit. I was horribly disappointed. The unit was overprocessed, it didn't look anything like the photos, and there was an itchy powder like substance on the wig. I contacted customer service the day I received the unit and was advised to send photos. Once the photos were sent I was offered $15 for my disappointment. I paid over $200 for the unit, why would I accept $15? I advised customer service that I would like to return the wig. A few days went by and I received a message stating that I couldn't return the unit because of customization. The website never mentioned that a customized wig could NOT be returned or exchanged. It was added at the bottom of the site AFTER I contacted the brand for a refund. I will never do business with this brand again nor would I refer anyone to do business with them.

This is my third time ordering from Amanda hairs. The first two times I made a purchase my wig came in four days. And I don’t know if that’s because the wigs were under 20 inches. But this time I purchased A wig that was 30 inches on April 1st and my hair appointment was scheduled for April 14. I ordered this wig ahead of time thinking I would not have to be worried about getting my wig late. But unfortunately, one week slowly turned into two And now my appointment is in two days (April 14th) And my estimated delivery is scheduled April 16th, Wednesday. Mind you I purchased this wig April 1st I am not pleased with The customer service this time around Hopefully, I am pleased with the wig once I receive it. I like Amanda hairs wigs but please don’t do this again it’s an inconvenience to me. I spent extra money just to get the wig on for it to be shipped out late and for it to not be here on time. A 1 Star is to much i purchased a wig waited for 3 weeks to arrive what arrived was nothing like the picture the hair was bleached poorly the root area was orange and patchy the blonde was not even in color reached out to customer service who advised me to return it to china would cost to much and as it was a customized wig they cant refund i wasn't aware i had requested any special adjustments they told me to color the wig i coloured it with a chemical free color the hair was so bleached it was dry as soon as the water was put on it the hair breaks off whenever you brush it your clothes are covered in hair i contacted them again as the hair has broken so badly it started as a 20inch now resembles a 14 inch wig the customer service is very poor i was told they were sorry for the issues and would send a replacement unit nothing arrived when i contacted them again they advise no that was a mistake they cant sent a replacement never been so disappointed in a product £200 wasted customer service the worst in the world don't waste you money on this company
First off I would like to say that customer service was excellent Emily is an angel and was very helpful during the whole process. As for the shipping it took way longer than I expected but I did order 250 density and 20 inches so I knew it would take a little longer than usual for processing. As for the wig I am pleased with it. The lace is soft and tinted. The knots do not look bleached but you can hardly tell once you put it on. The hair is soft and thick but it does shed a bit. I will add another review and pictures on the site.
It is outrageous that this site leads buyers to believe that they have a return policy on items purchased. The fact that I chose a specific size should not make the item custom as I have returned units with other companies with the same “customizations”. I bought a 360 Frontal Water Wave wig and paid for bleached knots, but the unit came without bleached knots and the lace was thick. I sent photos to confirm that the lace was not bleached and the company rep told me they were. Uhhhh, I’ve been wearing wigs for years and I know what lace knots look like. This unit has the black dot where the hair attached to the lace. This company refuses to refund the $250 paid for the product and now I’m stuck with a unit I will never use. Their site should plainly state which items are eligible for return BEFORE purchased. Then the buyer could make an informed decision to move forward with the purchase at their own risk. This company did not do that and I will not be buying from your site again. I will also be leaving a review of my experience here warning people of your hidden return policies that mislead potential buyers. This doesn’t make for a good experience for first time customers… not any customer!
I ordered a wig off here i was quite excited however i am extremely disappointed with what i have received it’s nothing like the photos or description provided.The wig lacks hair which is different to how full it was when ordering (most specifically at the front) there is a parting which wasn’t shown in the multiple photos I am extremely disappointed and won’t be buying again
Terrible experience. I bought 3 wigs with no customizations. I wasnt happy with the wigs when I received them. They all had terrible strong odor and the hair quality was poor. They refused to give me a return address to send the wigs back for a full refund because they said one of the wigs I bought was custom colored when I did not pay to have the wig colored, thats how it was sold to me. They didnt care that the other two wigs that I purchased were natural brown, they just kept saying my wigs were customized and didnt qualify for a refund. This is deceitful business practice and I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I will never do business with them again!
