I placed an order from Amanda Hair on July 12, and from the beginning I made it clear that I needed the package to arrive by July 23, because I was leaving for a trip and would be gone for two months.
I contacted the company several times to confirm the delivery timeline. Each time I was told it would arrive on time — but these were empty promises.
The package was shipped late, got stuck in Belgium for days, and as of July 23, it still has not arrived. In fact, it hasn’t even entered Italy yet.
Today, I have already left the country, which means I can no longer receive the package. The item is now completely useless to me.I explained this clearly to customer service, but their responses were vague and repetitive
$15 does not compensate me for the stress, time, and money lost. I received no real support, no solution, and no accountability. This was my first and last experience with Amanda Hair.

Amandawigs, is the worst company ever created.They steal and lie and only send the good stuff to the people that are reviewing their products. I had the worst experience almost spending $400 worth of 2 wigs that I purchased from them and they send wrongwigs, that looked nothing, that was advertised. And their excuse for a refund is that it's being customized. That is not returnable, because they know what they're doing, they're scamming people out of their money. Just to get clients which is unacceptable and disgusting of a company. People are figuring out you guys. And knowing that you guys are scamming people out of their money, just so you can make profit, you will get shut down, eventually. Whoever sees this response know that what I'm saying is the truth and other people have been in the same situation as me. Don't fall for these company. They scam you out of your money and send wigs are ugly and not what you purchased. They send you knockoffs, fake. Which is not as advertised,just so they can make money from you. They will not get any money from me ever again.
I forgot to apply a coupon and they were nice enough to refund me the $60 for the coupon. However, after reading reviews I decided to cancel my order.
I paid $510 Canadian and was only refunded about $487 Canadian.
When I brought this to their attention and even sent screenshots of my bank deposits from them and the screenshot of what I paid, they insisted they paid me and kept sending me the same screenshot of their side of the refund.
I told them repeatedly they owe me and they still wont pay me what’s left, about $37.
Don’t waste your time, there’s many negative reviews.
When I made my order originally I was going based off off an instagram post. I purchased the wig July 2nd, 2025 for $510.43CAD
About 2 days after ordering the individual handling admin/returns etc. notified me I didn’t apply a $60 coupon which equated to $78.64CADwhich they refunded me for on July 4, 2925.
I was sent an email July 2nd, 2025 asking to leave a review and a link to this exact site.
Upon reading the reviews I made a decision to cancel my order. The negative reviews outweighs the positive and for spending over $500CAD it didn’t seem worth the risk….
They issued a full refund and to date I received the refund for the 78.64CAD for the discount I didn’t apply plus the “full” refund equaling $392.65 CAD.
The total refund amount equals $472.28 which is $39.64 LESS THAN what I paid for the wig.
I asked multiple times for them to refund me the correct amount and I keep getting the same “dear, pleas check your account” message.
Despite sending screen shots of my bank account and what they’ve taken vs what they refunded and sending them 3 emails of what’s missing g with the math included.
DO NOT ORDER HERE.
It has been so frustrating. It seemed nice at first until I explained issues then it was repeated nonsense.
I purchased an 18 inch curly wig and got a 10 inch curly wig. I emailed the company and was told to blow out the hair and it n will give me 18 inches. I stated I purchased 18 inches of curly hair not straight. And how would 10inches extend to 18inches? I asked for the return policy and didnt recieve it. I ormally purchase all my wigs from Luvme however, this one particular wig caught my eye and look what happened. This is what I get for cheating on a reputable wig company. Amanda hair will never get my money or any of my friends or family's money 💰 Horrible customer service
This company can start by being honest. I purchased a wig from them for almost $400.00 I received the wig and it was totally different from what was advertised. I reached out to them and they refused to refund me, and kept giving me the run around when their refund policy says otherwise. So I was basically forced to keep a product that I’m not comfortable with. I’ve had this wig for months and never once wore it and I will never order from these dishonest people again. The hair doesn’t even feel all human.
I keep reading about how Ms Faye responds quick to emails. I made an order on 22/6/25, keept sending emails just for updates as there is nowhere to get updates of orders. I never got any response. Not even one for all my emails to Ms Faye. Am beginning to regret buying from them.
You are literally better off buying hair elsewhere. The lace was nice but the hair was NOT 28 inches like I ordered and it was not 250% density. The hair also started shedding like crazy just from brushing it out of the bag. If you spend extra money with Wiggins you will get better quality. This is simply not worth it, I am so disappointed omg
After reaching out to them, they tried offering me a $25 refund on something they falsely advertised and tried to make ME responsible for the return. "Dear, we strictly produce according to the order. If there is no problem with our product, you must return it, and you need to bear all the costs incurred by the return. It usually takes more than half a month to send it back to China. This may cause you a lot of inconvenience. I can help you apply for up to 25 US dollars as compensation. Do you think it's okay? Sincerely hope that you can understand and give our products a chance". This is what they tell you to deter you from returning the hair, even though on the website, it says fully refundable within 30 days. A complete JOKE!
They sent me the wrong wig it's a totally different color and the only thing they did was offer me $15. I paid $140 for something I didn't get. They blamed it on the lighting. It's not lighting it's their mistake and I shouldn't have to suffer for it. It's not even the right length.
Yall they LYINGGGGG. That hair DOES NOT come like this and definitely NOT as full. Paid $360 for some films hair I could've bought from ALI EXPRESS and they trying offer me $20 refund???? BFF. Worst hair and service I ever got. I paid for a 250% Density and what they sent wasn't even 200%. I wonder who's writing these reviews but take your money and runnnnn
Emily is great ! My only issue with the company is that they need to place more specific details on the site for the wigs . That there is a customization time ! And a different processing time than what the site says . This is will keep doing confusion and rushed orders ! Other than that thank you EMILY for getting my wig out before my trip date . You’re Appreciated. This is my first wig ever in life ! And I’m so anxious to try it ! I will be back with another review !

LENGHT AND DENSITY
At first when the wig came I was a bit nervous because it came with already made bouncing curls and it looked shorter and less dense than what I ordered , but stretching the curls eventually showed its true length and it has some good density .. Also when I washed it it became actually the same length I had ordered it which is 22 inches . The density I ordered it for was 300% and when it came as of now it seem quite full , but I would say slightly above 250 , lastly pre - bleached nots which were bleached at the best of their capabilities ✌🏾 .
The hair quality is good and it doesn’t shed as much ! I just need to see within time if it can handle being curled frequently!

I would give this no stars, but I have to give it one to write this review. I ordered two wigs and they looked nothing like this photos. I have 6 wigs from Hairvivi that are 160% density and they are almost too thick. These are curly wigs. I ordered two wigs both with a density of 180% and I can almost see through them. I email them to return them, but they responded by claiming that one was custom which it wasn’t and that I would have to ship it back to China and they said it would cost too much. The so called custom color was an option that I selected from the drop down, so how is that a custom wig. It’s not something I created. They are a scam. If you want a real quality wig, buy from Hairvivi. I wanted to try something different and it was like going from a Mercedes to a an old Buick.

I’m extremely disappointed with the wig I purchased from Amanda Hair. After only a couple of wears, the wig started shedding excessively and bald spots began developing in the lace. I treated this wig with care—used detangling spray and avoided harsh handling—yet the quality still didn’t hold up.
The density was completely off from what was advertised, and it felt nothing like a premium product, especially considering the price I paid. I’ve bought cheaper wigs from Amazon that have lasted much longer and looked way better than this one. This was a total waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend Amanda Hair to anyone looking for quality or durability. Just a horrible experience all around.
