I would give them a zero I ordered three wigs from them one I don't know what it look like because it has not been delivered yet, but two came one was very thin like and the other which was supposed to be 26 inch came in a 18 inch both t part wigs which one should've been 13x6 and the other 7x6. They are now refusing to take the wigs back which have never been used and in the same condition it came. All I'm saying is do your research this company is fraud. Don't use this company. They send you what they want and then play games my bank is now involved
The shipping is to long who wants to wait 4 weeks before receiving a wig that was ordered 4 weeks ago and Amanda hair does not list that in description because if they did they would not have a business I don’t care if the hair looks good or not 4 weeks is way to long I will never order again
Scammers. Sent hair that looked nothing like the photo in terms of color and refused to accept a return. I have attempted to buy from them a couple times and both times have had a terrible experience. Take your business elsewhere.
Really long lead time after you order wigs. I ordered a wig that had highlights mostly in the front and it took over 20 days to arrive the longest wait I’ve experienced when ordering hair. They said the hair needed to be customised was the reason for the wait. I was getting impatient, but they were very responsive.
The wig finally arrived and I am happy with the quality and despite the wait I would order from them again!
This is my 3rd time ordering from this I love the hair no shedding no smell or tangle I would say my last hair did take longer then my other wigs but Amanda did keep in contact with me with my up dates.
If I could I would give them even less than a one star

My package got stuck over 20 days (not sure if the government shut down had an impact) but I contacted Emily from customer support and she quickly resent another wig, kept me updated on tracking info and got my package sent within a week. Thanks Emily!
So I ordered a wig it arrived on my Bday just in time. The hair & curls were beautiful. The wig cap was a bit small but I made it work. I just ordered another unit I hope it’s just as beautiful or better than the last 1. The only thing is it always takes extremely long for my order to ship out. I would give 5 stars if the shipping was a bit quicker
I’ve had the worst experience. I purchased a wig. It came in a poorly packaged plastic bag. I took the wig out and immediately did not like the wig. It looked cheap and plastic. I did not style or wear the wig and contacted customer service to return and thy told me I couldn’t return and that it would be expensive to return the item and then stopped responding back to me in all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY
This is the worse hair I have ever seen. Tore up within 2 weeks. Here is the picture of how unsatisfied I have ever been with buying this hair. This how it came apart.

Unreachable when it comes to return / wig has nothing to see with the photos
I have bought a wig. It as nothing to see with the photo. As mentionned on the terms I contacted the customer service, WhatsApp, Instagram and their tchat. You understand right: as mentionned in many coments, when it comes to returns they become unreachable whereas they promise an answer within 24h. After nearly one month they answer me today that their policy does not cover return cost in the event of an error on their part. This is incorrect! Their terms and condition clearly state that if the wrong item is sent, the seller will cover the cost. Amanda hair should therefore not be allowed to offer international sales. Non-US citizen, refrain from purchasing. For the others , please alert ans post about it.
I PAID AMANDA HAIR FOR A WIG< AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE WIG!!! AND I NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. I PAID FOR A WIG THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! SCAMMERS. Colored wigs look nothing like they do on the website. And they make excuses of why they don’t look the same. Buyers should get what we paid for, not a subpar product. They will keep your money and run. Typical for those types.
If you promote 24 hour shipping it should be 24 hour shipping
Im giving 2 stars & I think that’s being generous. I ordered a wig that was supposedly be shipped in 24 hours here it is day 6 and the order still hasn’t beed full filled. If I knew the waiting period would have been this long I would have brought something different but I picked that one based on the time frame . I always shop on Alipearl cause I know I won’t be disappointed. My first time trying something new & I’m disappointed in the lack of communication & Accommodations for this inconvenience. I honestly hope the hair is worth it if it is I will leave a more positive review. As for now way past 24 hours & hair has not been shipped now after reading these reviews I see they don’t care about the customers service !
By far the ugliest color wig I have ever seen. I asked for a refund because the color was hideous and they said it was custom so they could not. That is BS! The website is false advertising. The color looks like my toddler painted it. Very dissatisfied please don’t waist your money on this!
