This was my first time purchasing a wig from Amandahairs. It was not a speedy process as they claimed and I had to send an email. I was about to contact my credit card company in fear of fraudulent activity. I ordered a 250% density, 22inch, glueless frizzy loose wave wig. The wig is not the density I paid extra for and looks nothing like what was advertised I'm so disappointed. I paid over $200 for this wig. Lesson learned. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware. Especially if you're not an influencer.
Literally the worse ever. I’ve bought a wig from them before. Wasn’t necessarily bad, but it wasn’t great either. But I wore it a few times and then was able to sell it. This time around I bought 3 wigs. And I really wish I hadn’t. It’s honestly my fault for even going back to a company that I got a wig from that I was half decent to my liking. Will NEVERRRRRR order from them after this shit. I’m hoping I can dispute them on Klarna and Klarna will give me my money back for the wigs cus they’re trying to do everything under the sun to not let me return and provide me a refund. And then try to offer me 30 fawking dollars when both items total to at least over 500+ dollars. I’m sooooooo annoyed by this honestly 😭 I sent a wig back to ISEEHAIR and had no issues sending it back. Unless you are CERTAIN you’re gonna like your wig, I suggest you order your wigs off Amazon or a wig company that has an American warehouse. Otherwise, they’ll give you all the excuses.
The wig I received did not look anything like what was pictured on the website and what I ordered. When I contacted Faye to request a full refund and return authorization she had the audacity to offer me $20 compensation for a wig I paid $271 for. When I told her that was unacceptable she added to insult to offer me $25 dollars and a lame story of having to take $5 from her pay. Needless to say I have been going back and forth with this person of her giving excuse after excuse and not providing a return address. The company has their supposed return policy but they will try everything under the sun to not refund your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was sent a completely different wig from the site that was shorter and over 100$ cheaper than the wig I got. The color was COMPLETELY different and when I emailed to tell them there had been a mistake they said there wasn’t and I should just look at the hair “in natural light” like the AUDACITY
They make every excuse possible not to give you a refund & enable you to return the item. 3 weeks ago I sent them an email saying that I want to return the item and ever since they have been making excuses not to take the product back and make a refund. I still don’t know where to send it. This is the most awful service I’ve ever ever experienced - stay away from this company!

If I could give this company 0 stars I honestly would! I ordered a wig from this company and it looks NOTHING like the image advertised. I ordered a 22 inch, 250% density wig. I kid you not it was like 90% density with purple streaks going through it! It’s not human hair AT ALLLL! The shedding is also abysmal, I haven’t even ran a comb through it and it was shedding like a motherf***er. BEWAAAAREEEEE!!!! SAVE YOUR COINS SIS!
I will never order from this company again! They are dishonest about their return policy. I ordered two wigs separately from them. One of the wigs matched the picture and the other didn’t. I requested a refund and to return the one that did not look like the online picture. They first tell me to send them pictures, I send pictures and they tell me that I can’t return it because it’s a custom color. This was not anything custom that I ordered. They offered me a $15 credit when I paid over $200 for the wig. I let them know I would be filling a complaint and they said they understood I wanted to return it and again asked for pictures, the told me that they want me to give the wig a chance. They have been giving me the runaround for whole week now because they don’t want me to return it. I will never order from them again and now I’ll disputing them with PayPal. If you want a good trustworthy company, go to Jessie’s Wigs. I’ve always had great service and hair from them.
My wig actually came quickly but The length they sent was not the length I bought. And it was no way the picture that was advertised on the model but still it was a beautiful wig and the texture of it is just as beautiful color is on point. Even though I didn't have a all-around bad experience I still will not order from them again. I paid $340 for a wig that wasn't what was advertised. Please use caution when ordering from this company.
the return was stressful. they make you reach out to get the address and it took me 18 emails to finally get them to give it to me. that is 7 days later and telling them I had gotten the address. they have a bad return policy and try to bully you into keeping something you don't want.
For all the women who received the wig you actually paid for, consider yourself lucky. There are some of us who didn't get what we paid for and this company is not responding.
I ordered the the Amanda Hairs Super Bouncy curly gluless wig. It looks nothing like the picture. The wig was wet. I emailed the company and no one is responding. I wanted to post the wig I received but I can't figure out how to post it.
The lace is nice, but the dye job was horrendous!! It was supposed to have blonde highlights but it has big blotchy ORANGE clumps. Just horrible, and I have to pay the shipping. I think not. Won't purchase from them again.
So far customer service sucks! I haven't received my order I have questions I sent 4 messages within their established time they claim they respond in 24 hours that's a flat out lie. I'll let you know about the hair whenever I get it. Customer service is absolutely awful

I have not used the wig and they offered me 50.00 for 286.00 wig. I refused the offer and they stop replying. I will never buy anything from the again.
I've made horrible wig purchases before; however, I'm somewhat pleased with this one. The quality of the hair is perfect, even after I went swimming with it. I was disappointed that it wasn't quite ready to wear, as the lace didn't sit flat and kept rolling back. Putting that aside, I may purchase from this seller again.
I placed an order on 4/16. I emailed the company the same day asking if the wig would arrive by 5/8. They told me 5-7 days for customization and I would receive a tracking number on 4/28. I did not receive a tracking number until 4/30, conveniently the day before Chinese Labor Day. The tracking number only shows label created, with a message “We will give you a date once we receive your package” from FedEx. Meaning they never even gave the package to fedex to be delivered. Now it’s 5/3 and it still says label created with the same message. This company is a scam company located in Wuhan China. Please do not order from this site. They have literally ruined my birthday. Now I have to go spend hundreds more dollars to buy another wig this weekend.
