I live at a rural location so I send packages to my PO box. UPS cannot deliver to a PO box so it turns into telephone tag and a later than published delivery. Either don't allow PO boxes or use Canada Post for PO box addresses.

I ordered 10 rolls of filament and they sent 9. it took several days for them to respond to me and then they made out they were doing me a favour by sending me a ‘complimentary’ roll of filament. No apology either. I won’t use them again.

The deboxing and instructions on what is what and what goes where. After a couple YouTube videos we got it. Almost could of broke it but we got it and it's printing like a champ.

product seems fine and delivery was fast. the site though is generally a bit confusing and easy to lose track of what's in your basket. I had to restart more than once.

why did you stop making the 2 sided smooth plate for ps1/2. thats stupid and i hate it. also your filament is too expensive and not keeping up with other brands in styles colors options etc. other than that if you ever stop goofing around and release the PS3C or whatever i will buy it, so hurry up. need like 10 color with dedicated nozzles and WORKS with AMS i already have 2 of. dont be dumb or greedy, we want to buy your stuff, you make the best things. keep prices sane and will continue to dominate. i may be a fanboy....

Prices are too high. Free shipping threshold is too high. Sometimes you just need one or two spools, but shipping makes them cost way more than competitors.

Sent a message to Bambu lab about a warranty request and still haven’t heard anything from them.I purchased the Bambu P2S and it malfunctioned.Would be nice if they could get back to me in regards to this problem.

Easy ordering, great discounts, and quick well packed delivery service. The only negative I have experienced is that the more popular filaments can go out of stock quickly so you aren't able to make the most of the bulk discounts.
I love my P1S, but I do get concerned about the cloud connectivity requirement and what that might mean in the future. I would be happier if my printer worked 100% off-line.
Bambu products are fantastic nevertheless - even their filament is superior.
The ordering process was easy, great selection of filaments, with good availability. The issue I have is with the TPU Assist Module. It came in a box with many bags of parts, BUT not one piece of paper, no instructions, no link to go to for assembly instructions, NOTHING. Then, I went to the BamBu website, searched around for the TPU module instruction, and found out that I need to 3D print the housing. attachment arm, and various other internal structures. It would have been nice to get a sheet of paper in the box of parts outlining links to the manual page, the assembly page, identifying the parts that need to be printed, etc.
Great product, easy to use and the self leveling makes printing so easy.
One slight problem with the feeder tube that was broken after a few prints. Solved for now and hoping it stays this way.
