Bare cases shipped out in a timely manner. The case was as described. I did need to exchange for the correct size. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size case. Bare responded to my email quickly and honored the exchange and got me my correct case quickly. Thanks Bare! Would definitely recommend.

The case stands out for what its advertised for- you never feel one on your phone “its that slim”. However, what i would like to leave a review is the pleasant and understanding customer service that the team at bare showcases. Really appreciate that. Will recommend bare to more of my friends.

Terrible case and even more terrible customer service. The following happened 2 months ago.. I immediately contacted them after receiving the case asking to return it because it was poorly advertised and it's not worth the money and they asked me to pay the shipping back to Singapore myself (who knew it was coming from Singapore..) I have picture to prove how bad it is, no grip on it, my phone slid out of my pocket in the car and hit the seat belt clip in and actually got a cut in the case! That's how bad it is.

We got back to you on April 16 with our returns procedure and did not receive a reply after which. 2 months later, you left us a review here regarding your broken case, but did not reach out to us via email. We are based in Singapore, and this is clearly stated on the footer of every page of our website. In addition to this, we’ve actually since improved our returns system for customers based in the US, and we now have a US return address. Our Naked cases are clearly stated to not withstand drops. They weren’t made for this purpose. At 0.35mm, the Naked case is for case-haters that are only looking for protection against table scratches and everyday corner nicks, while enjoying the natural ergonomics of their device. Been a user of this brand for a couple of years already, since I really like how the case maintains the aesthetics of iPhone while keeping it protected. For my last purchase, I noticed a very small scratch after a day or 2 post-receipt, so I contacted customer service & requested for a replacement. Customer service was fast to respond, clear on explaining scenarios on how this could’ve happened & extended a 1-time replacement offer, which I accepted. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience & I continue to love the case - fits the clean & minimalist look!

I just received my case in the mail today and I have to say I am completely surprised at how much I like it. There are cases like Peel and Totallee that offer similar products, but how Bare is different is the texture of the case and bare is more sturdy. If you want the "Bare" minimum in a case that does not sacrifice protection, I would choose this case any day of the week. Please do not change a thing.

Very flimsy/thin plastic that cracked on the corners very quickly. for $USD50 it was a rip off! No reply to correspondence from suppliers. Lasted a month.
Hey Perth, Following your concern claiming that you’ve emailed us several times - we’ve retrieved your email address on all of our platforms and only found ONE email, which was sent to us after you posted this review. We also asked you for receipts of your previous emails, which you weren’t able to provide us with. Your purchase was made on 21 Nov, and received on 27 Nov. Your first email to us as stated above was on June 11, which we replied timely on the same day. You’re asking for a refund on a case that was used for 7 months from the date of your purchase. We appreciate all honest feedback on Trustpilot, and more so negative ones that help us improve as a business. However, we do feel that this review is largely untrue and not based on what truly happened. Till today, you have not been able to provide any evidence of reaching out to us previously. Cheers
Got sent the wrong camera bump in a package deal. Bad luck I guess. Still giving these guys a top score based on their customer service. Quick responses to my emails, very understanding and friendly, and takes action right away. This is so rare to see in todays’ online businesses, and honestly beyond what I expected. The correct camera bumb was sent with express delivery the next day. Also the products feels and looks nice.

I chose the wrong option of self pick-up instead of delivery. Thus, I sent a message to change to delivery and expected to pay the delivery price, instead I was offered free delivery because I was a returning customer, this was a very nice gesture, would definitely replace my cases with them in the future.

The team at Bare Cases is absolutely phenomenal and even went above and beyond to provide me with a brand new case to replace the one I damaged while installing it. The quality is great as well which just makes it that much more awesome. 10/10 would recommend and will buy again!

I always believed that so much goes into designing these beautiful smart phones, yet we contradict all of that work by slapping these bulky cases onto them. I get it though. I too stick my phones into cases before leaving the house, but always find myself taking them off when I'm at home. I've heard of Bare cases but have always been turned off by the price. My significant other decided that she would buy me too as a gift since I always talk about them... Now I see why they're a little pricey. They are finely craft to fit your phone PERFECTLY. I was so impressed with them and I don't think that I'll be using any other case unless I'm going somewhere risky like hiking,biking or jogging. They are super minimal cases which also means minimal protection. If you understand this, and baby your phone like I do, then this is the perfect case. Another thing I want to to point out is that on the very first day when I was trying out my two cases, I must've used a little too much strength when swapping. I noticed a bend/crease on one of the cases. I contacted Bare customer support and as a courtesy they referred me back to the instructions, and as a one time courtesy sent me a replacement. I just had to pay shipping. That is quite generous, so I am happy with their customer service! All in all I am extremely pleased with their products and am seriously considering buying more cases.

The service I got from Jesse was fast, caring, understanding and beyond my expectations. One of my cases broke and the other one came in the wrong size (it was my bad) Jesse arranged a replacement for both cases and sent them the next day (at a small cost for the shipment) I'm now waiting for the new delivery. Very pleased with the service I got. THANKS!

Product is of trustworthy quality and delivery was efficient. Cases are not bulky as promised so using my phone was a pleasant experience. I have ordered my third case now and I’m satisfied overall with their products and customer service. They also provided a replacement for one of the cases I ordered after looking into the issue carefully.
