Got my Bare Naked case for the iPhone 12Pro. Took over a month to get to me. Nice packaging, but that’s the end of my good impression. The color is nice, but the case is cheap plastic. The case cracked on the corner, as did the pane, on the second day. I’m very disappointed.

These cases are not worth the money. I bought a S21 Ultra case, and all pictures showed it as a nice grey colour. What they forgot to mention is is a cheap case from China that is frosted (no colour just clear frosted). Made of cheap plastic I can probably get off Wish for $1. You pay for packaging.

In response to Bare Case response. I would like to say yes I chose that case but when I received it I realised that they were just clear thin case lightly frosted, the image makes it look like an nice overall grey colour. I could have purchased a similar maybe better one off Wish for £1. Any bend in the case leaves a mark in the cheap plastic so making it unusable afterwards. I ended up buying a case off Wish which is a lot better quality for £2.50, and please don't insult me by trying to have the review removed because you don't like it claiming my order was not real I have sent order information to Trustpilot to prove my order was genuine.

Terrible service and company, I returned a phone case that was damaged and I have been waiting on the return for over 4 months. I sent this phone case back (which was not cheap) with recorded delivery at my own expense and I have proof it has been received, however they do not wish to return any of my emails.
Edit: The response below is a lie, no refund has been made and they will still not reply to my emails. Please do not use this company, MNML cases are a better alternative.

Received my order after 6 weeks, but I am super happy with it. Turns out it is not a scam brand. The quality of the case is great. Arrived in beautiful packaging. All in all, will order again for sure.

They have responded to my email after I threatened to contact Shopify with my order number and my case. They seem to have major delays due to Covid and the third-party (Singpost) who are not updating the tracking numbers. I update the experience to 3 for now.
1/3:
I paid for the order and received the tracking number, however, the tracking number was 'not found' in the Singpost service. I have reached out multiple times, via email and Instagram and received no response. After leaving a bad review on one of their posts on Insta, they deleted it immediately.

I sent them an email about cancelling my order about 5 days before dispatch.
They only replied after dispatching the case.
Now they are saying they can’t cancel the order as the case has been dispatched.
Stay away. Very poor customer service.

I bought the case couple days ago.
And then I enquired about delivery as they promised express shipping. They didn’t reply to my emails.
I repeatedly sent emails enquiring about the status of my shipment, no reply. At the end I cancelled my order. To that email too- No answer.

I ordered last month and paid for express shipping. I received an email that said I should receive another email with a tracking number. I never received this email. After checking their web with the order number, it said it was shipped with normal shipping without a tracking number! and I paid for express shipping! I emailed them a few times and no response.
I finally received a respond after 2 weeks and they sent me the case again with express shipping.
First of, i have tried a couple of so-called thin cases for iPhone 12 Pro. From Peel, Rullus, which are all disappointing. So I’m hesitant of trying another one. But after looking at Bare Case ad, i still tried it out. And finally I found the best Thin Case out there. Shipping was fast and the packaging was great. And the product itself is AWESOME! Pricey, but worth every penny!

Lack of customer support, not a problem with thin cases.
This is my second review about this company.
First of all I have never bashed the thin cases. I knew they were thin. I just noticed manufacturing defects in my case.
The complaint I had was about their customer service. They do not reply if you want to return the item. And when they do eventually reply, they give you as little details as they can. I managed to return my item, but not refund. They’ve had my returned case for 2 weeks now, and I have received no notifications or replies from them. I have sent them 3 emails in this space.
If you want to spend your money on these expensive cases, which don’t get me wrong, looks great, then that’s fine. But at least my sample has manufacturing defects. Like I said before, I found the exact same cases on Alibaba. Go figure. I do want to purchase their armour case, which looks really really nice again, but I’m not sure if I want to deal with their ‘customer support’. In my opinion, the product is made with POOR QUALITY CONTROL, not that it’s a thin case and doesn’t protect your phone. My complaint is has always been about their customer support.
No payment through PayPal, now I understand why.
The case is plastic and looks cheap which is not. Got the wrong size and although they said in their page you can contact
them to exchange it took them more than one week to reply just to say that I’ll have to pay shipping back and shipping and handling for the right size which would be a total of $30. I will just give it away and will buy a new one with peel.

I don't want to be rude, but I want to give the next person who buys these cases an honest review. Bare cases has excellent advertising and it seems like they have a lot of pride in their product. However, it also seems like they are lacking heavily in their customer service. They do NOT email you back if you want to return the item, so make sure you are 100% sold and confident in your purchase before you buy it. (They make you pay for shipping so that's 5.99 for it to get to your country and 5.99 to get back - 12$ total). I have not opened the product since I have reviewed their website's return policy, but don't honestly think the product is worth the premium price they are selling it for. I see the market they are trying to target and the audience they want, but you could get a case on amazon that offers better protection, is cheaper, just as slim, although doesn't come that brand name "BARE." This is my honest opinion so please BARE if you're reading this just allow me to return the untouched product I am not pleased with.

I received my case last week and wanted to return it immediately as I was not happy with the quality of the case. So many people have had a good experience with this company regarding their customer service but I have not. They have not replied to me 7 days later, despite saying they respond between 1-3 working days.
The cases are nice, but not worth the money. I found the exact same case on alibaba for $6 instead of the $50 they are charging. There are also manufacturing defects on them. Do not deal with this company, go on alibaba and look for ultra thin iPhone case and you will find the exact same one.
Got the blue case for my pacific blue iPhone 12 and its a perfect match. Loving the thinness on the case which makes it blend into the iPhone so it looks like there ain't a case on. Enjoying my new iPhone 12 more than eva now! Thanks guys
