Hey Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we're so sorry to hear that the Naked case is not a perfect fit for you. As its name suggests, it is designed to let you feel & appreciate your device's design just as well as a completely naked device would. Since it’s made of a thin plastic material, it has a rigidity that it will not break unless it has incurred an impact. The Naked case can feel quite “powdery” when it is fresh off the mould, however it will start to season up with use from your palm oils. It feels this way, as a layer of powder is applied before the case is taken off the mould so that friction does not cause scratches/scuffs on the case. I understand that your Naked case has been replaced and received it last October 3. We hope that this resolution was satisfactory for you and thank you for your kind support. Cheers

As its name suggests, it is designed to let you feel & appreciate your device's design just as well as a completely naked device would, while keeping it safe from scratches, scuffs, and bumps so your device stays just like new for as long as possible. We do offer another line of case - our Bare Armour case. It is our sleek drop-resistant case that is made of shock resistant bumpers with a plastic back and can withstand drops that our other cases cannot. If you'd like, we will be happy to upgrade your replacement to a Bare Armour case. Hey Cristiano, We don't usually like calling out customers but we do find this review extremely unfair. Your parcel was shipped out on time, and a tracking link was updated timely. When you emailed our customer service, we replied you within our stipulated timeframe, together with the acknowledgement that FedEx has lost this parcel in transit, and that we WILL be responsible for this parcel. Honestly, we do not understand how this can be called "terrible customer service". As mentioned via email and your tracking link, this parcel is delayed by the FedEx courier team. While we try our best to offer the best shipping options to our customer, the FedEx delivery system is beyond our control. We deeply regret the delay caused regarding your parcel, and as mentioned once again, will definitely do our best to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP.

Hey Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I understand that you've purchased a Bare Naked case, and would like to clarify the points you've made. You mentioned that the description of the product was very misleading. However, we do clearly state that this is the thinnest case for the S20/S20+ devices in the description, and we also do state it is 0.35mm thin. We are extremely open about who our cases are meant for, and also clearly state that the Naked case was designed for case-haters to enjoy the natural ergonomics of their device. Naked protects their device from table scratches and corner bumps, which ages the device quickly. Additionally, we’ve double checked your order and understand that you ordered an S20 Naked case in Smoke colour, which was delivered to you on 3 July. Till date, we have not received an email from you regarding your order. We would appreciate it if you can please clarify if we have indeed sent you a wrong case. If you have indeed received a wrong order, we are terribly sorry about that and are more than happy to send you the correct order. That being said, it seems like the Naked case was not the right fit for you, and we’d like to let you know that we also accept returns for unused products, and will process a full refund for you if we receive your return parcel.

I understand that you've purchased a Naked EX case, and would like to kindly note that our Naked line isn't just supposed to be minimalistic looking - it was designed to preserve the original ergonomics of your device, while protecting from table scratches and corner nicks that age your device quickly. We do state on the product page that it is the thinnest clear case at 0.5mm, and with a case this thin, a certain level of flex has to be allowed. Otherwise, the mere act of putting on or removing the case might crack it. The case is form-fitting and should not be flimsy when it is on the phone. All Naked cases go through a lengthy manufacturing process, with more than 60% failing QC. The most tedious part would be that each case is trimmed down by hand to make sure the edges and molding lines are seamless. The Naked case can feel quite “powdery” when it is fresh off the mould, however it will start to season up with use from your palm oils. Also, our Naked cases are not meant to withstand drops.
