Ordered a inverter from the New Orleans…

Ordered a inverter from the New Orleans operation at a good price. FedEx blew the delivery and sent it back after only one try. I notified your operation that it was being retuned by mistake but they just resold it and told me I would now have to pay the regular price. Tried calling help line but no change. Would have to search for date so just putting in a place holder

I really like the Bluetti Product…

I really like the Bluetti Product lineup. Bluetti seems to listen to what the customer/market needs are and provides equipment to satisfy most customers. Yes, they are not perfect and may not fulfill every wish-list, but i think they do try. The quality is Excellent and for me the Support has been Very Good. I look forward to seeing each new product and hopefully being a long-time Bluetti customer.

I have purchased two Apex 300s and was using my B 300 batteries. The units kept auto shut off notified Bluetti technicians. They asked a few questions told me they would get back with me once they reviewed the problem and return promptly with an upgrade that I needed to do on the B3 hundred batteries everything is working like a charm now thank you

Being long time customers of Bluetti

Being long time customers of Bluetti, I can comfortably say Bluetti makes the •Very Best in Power Stations• for a myriad of uses! Everything from the backpacker to those who wish to backup their entire home from the unstable more and more unreliable grid AC supply. Bluetti makes fine quality electronics. Literally something for everyone! From a backpacking person needing to charge after a long day their drones & camera’s. Bluetti even has a special backpack for their small power station! We love our “Handsfree 2” Bluetti model, sweet little package loaded with 700 Watts! To have access to 12/24/120V as you walk. And specialized solar panel wafer packs that unfold as you head out, hanging softly behind your pack charging your specialized lithium iron phosphate battery pack as you walk. Money where your mouth is, as they say… My wife and I own two complete sets of this equipment. Bluetti has allowed us to extend our enjoyment of nature by not a couple years, but by a couple decades! We are both now in our Seventies. The less informed may consider Bluetti's equipment just special batteries in a fancy box. That thought could not be further from the truth. The truth is that layer upon layer of safety is built into every Bluetti product. Safety from overload. Safety from over current protection. Safety from overheating. Safety from overcharge, or the very same with undercharge, or running the unit inadvertently too low, that could damage this type of battery. Are your expensive lithium iron phosphate batteries -properly- protected? Bluetti’s are… Yes… You are protected and made safe by careful monitoring the batteries with built in circuitry. Bluetti gives you the best of both worlds. So that you can feel safe with this equipment ___inside___ your home with your family. My wife and I now own with pride over 17 (seventeen) pieces of Bluetti equipment. Everyone paid for by ourselves. I am now watching as I write this a music concert of Santana & Pink Floyd on my 65” TV, powered by a high end Onkyo 9 channel receiver that draws some real power. All this equipment is being powered 100% by just one of our Bluetti Home Power Stations, an •Apex 300• (having both 120V AND 240Volt production) with •No grid connection whatsoever•. It takes only a short time watching your bill to see that grid power is being saved every day. But the allure of this Bluetti equipment is more than just cutting your power bill… it gives you wonderful peace of mind knowing never again will you worry yourself with a power outage. No worries of lost expensive food in your frig or freezer from power lost. Plus being able to watch the weather on the TV. Or to find your way without just a flashlight. Thankfully those days are over forever. These units can easily last a decade or more. Nothing but perfection

I currently have three Bluetti power stations and they have been perfect. The Apex 300 is my favorite for light home backup to power basic emergency items. The ability to charge at 120v and still output 240 is invaluable. The Elite 300 is next on my list to purchase. That says it all.

AC2A and my B1210 are used primarely for My GMRS 20 watt radio in car instead of cigarette adapter or hardwiring to car battery . super easy to remove and install..

Too Many Unresolved issues with Apex 300 System

I have had many issues with my setup disconnecting from the cloud from day one. I have a large system consisting of 3 Apex 300 units 12 B300k batteries a Hub A1 and SolarX 4k powering my whole house central air, refrigerators etc. I had one Hub A1 failure which was replaced under warranty for radio failure which fixed issues with cloud connectivity and Bluetooth. Now every weekend it seems I get disconnected from the cloud and can only connect with Bluetooth. This is very inconvenient because my system is in my basement far away from the range of Bluetooth so several times a day I must go into the battery room to make adjustments to SOC and charge rates based on cloud cover. This is very frustrating as this system cost me upwards of $25k and it would be performing flawlessly at that price point. The problem is most likely on Bluetti’s end as they have insufficient servers to accommodate as many customers that they have. In the emails back and forth with pushing firmware that does not make any difference as I believe it’s their servers that are messed up. At least a hundred emails back and forth since November 2025. The only way I can get a server socket for a few days is by shutting down the system and restarting. This is a big problem as I must transfer all 40 electric circuits back to the grid then kill the 50amp breaker feeding the units and shut down a 4Kwh solar array before shutting down the units each time. This is insane. BLUETTI has a lot of problems with this setup just look at the forum. They have known issues with the cloud service which seems to be using Alibaba servers not their own. Also the known interference issues when solar charging with the SolarX 4k. Very upset after spending a huge amount of cash on this thing.

The product does not work as expected…

The product does not work as expected for my use case. I’ve uploaded the sw which solved one issue I think I need to test more. When I disable the ac eco mode it is not retained if the ac200l powers down. I worked with your support team and added a 3rd solar panel and things were good until the next mourning when the display show -1 as the level of charge. I thought I need an external battery so I added a b300k. I assume I could charge it up Independent of the ac200l but that’s not possible. So I pull the ac200l and b300k and charge them up at my house to 100%. Bring them back to remote property and by 8am the next day they are both dead. I’m only charging a single device - off-board 72V charger. The device is 3/4 full of charge. The ac200l did a better job alone. So overall nit please I expected this solution to work better.

I had an issue with my Bluetti AC180

I had an issue with my Bluetti AC180, with an error indicating a fan issue. I contacted Bluetti and they provided a shipping label. A week later they shipped it back fully repaired. I am grateful to a company that cares about it's products and their customers. Their technical staff was awesome, and they repaired it with no cost to me even though it was near the end of warranty. It remains on duty waiting for a power outage. Thank You Bluetti!

Quality products and services.

I like my Bluetti Elite 200

I have used my latest Blutti purchase several times over the last month. We have had several power outages and I ran a shopvac offsite cleaning up a big water mess. I'm very happy with this purchase (Elite 200) I have 2 of these now and really like them!

I love my Ac200l B300k , charger 2 set up. Allows me to keep fridge cooler runnint for camping , travel , delivering uber eats or door dash.

BLUETTI Elite 300

We bought our BLUETTI Elite 300 for our camper trailer to use this summer. It worked well, but not to our fullest expectations. Unfortunately, we didn’t prepare correctly so it was a challenge to keep it charged. We need to buy either the solar panels or the car adapter to charge on the road. Our mistake.

I had a issue with my Elite 30v a few months after purchase and after some emails and a video they had me send back the unit (save your original packaging) at their cast and immediately sent me a new replacement. The whole process took about three weeks. And my Elite 100v works and operates as claimed. I have had both for over a year now. The 30 is used daily. Thumbs up.

Im able to run my whole house using 2 apex 300's and the hub. I can run and charge at 240v. So far no issues. Im a big fan of Bluetti. External batteries are expensive and thats my only complaint

I have made two purchases of Bluetti…

I have made two purchases of Bluetti Power Stations. Both have been great experiences, for different reasons. The first order went perfectly and that power station has been in daily use since shortly after we bought it. We have four rigid solar panels feeding into it and the power station is used to run electronics at our relatives off grid home. No issues at all! We placed a second order for another larger power station. After the order was made but before it was received, our family changed their mind! I contacted Bluetti and asked if the order could be cancelled. Unfortunately the order had been shipped. They were able to 'cancel' the order and handled the matter without any charges to us! Excellent customer service. We will be buying another Bluetti based upon their customer service and how their device actually perform.
