I love my BLUETTI products! I have 5 different products from them and they all are wonderful! Very easy to use and with the app on your phone it’s so simple!

BLUETTI made it right

I had an order issue and Communication via email was very difficult. After back and forth BLUETTI made things right in the end.

Need a good reliable product and company??

I have spent many weeks researching and comparing products and systems, and just decided Bluetti is a company, that goes the extra mile in products, service, and customer support. They helped me put together a system, (2 Apex 300, Hub A1, Transition box, and supporting cables. My system runs all necessary appliances, including a 6000 but a/c, 2 chest freezers, 2 frigerators, well pump, above what my daily usage is.. I'm very pleased and have spread the word to all my friends looking for solar systems.

Great Products unless you have issues

Absolutely enjoy my Bluetti products. The only challenge I would say is when you have an issue with an item. It normally takes a great deal of back and forth and you can't contact support directly. In the end the issue will have a resolution. It just may take longer than I expected.

Changes are urgently required

I own several Bluetti products. Most of the products are reasonably built. That said, Bluetti support leaves a lot to be desired and I would not risk buying one of their larger and more expensive products until Bluetti makes major changes to their support processes and approach.

Mostly good but room for improvement

Have purchase several devices and batteries since 2022. All 4 of the refurbished B300 batteries had to be serviced due to short life. The new B300K batteries have all performed well. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The battery repair center in Plano, TX has a problem with returning my OEM Bluetti shipping double layer boxes when repairing batteries. They returned two 100 pound B300 batteries back to me, loosely packaged, in inadequate single layer boxes.

Apex 300 & B-300K for RV

We purchased an Apex 300 and a B-300K battery to use in our RV. The Apex has performed very well in the RV while powering up the microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner, along with other equipment. Back in April it did quite working due to a control board failure, and we had to send it in for repairs. However, the issue was repaired and returned quickly, (we shipped it in for repair on a Thursday and was returned to our home the following Tuesday, so a 6 day turnaround.)

My personal experience with Bluetti is truly fantastic; it's changed the way we experience both travel and camping. Freedom comes at a price, but the quality of Bluetti is still palpable after 6 years of use!

Does everything it says it can

Perfect for camping

The equipment they deliver has something for everyone , for me the elite30 v2 for indoor use and the apex 300 with pv350 for outdoor both work perfect and do what they promise on the apex running coffeemaker, airfryer , cookingplate, toaster and waterboiler without any issue. the big advantage comes from the input power regulator that you can set to the power limit the campsite delivers. never blown fuses again !

customer service was miserable

this was my second time trying to order a device from bluetti and, unfortunately, this time i was successful. communications with your company are unpardonably slow and responses to questions were often incompletely answered. if i had gotten the proper responses i never would have bought the unit i ultimately received, so beware. lots of companies are offering very similar products to bluetti, but no one else seems to put so much effort into their advertising, which i think is a bit misleading at least by omission.

Both good and not so amazing

I really like their products and use them all the time when I am camping in my minicamper. But I am a little less impressed with their support. They take their time to reply and you often have to explain several times before they understand your question. I have given up a couple of times.

Bluetti power stations

Bluetti power stations are really great. I've bought both Elite 100 and Elite 400 and for both of them I could really appreciate their high quality.

The products are good but the how to…

The products are good but the how to guides are not. Customer support is very slow and information is extremely difficult to piece together. They need something like ENaiBLD on the website so it can be accessed there or be sent to customers through email. It would allow customers to ask their questions, get how to guides, images, tech docs and videos etc. It would drastically improve my experience as a customer. That said, once you figure it out, the products work well. I have an Elite 10, Elite 30, X60 (kind of regret buying that as it is of limited use other than charging my portable speakers and phone), AC240 with B210.
