BLUETTI is making all-in-one solutions of solar power more accessible to everyone living at home or going off grid. We're dedicated to making our world a better place by creating an exceptional green experience.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the portable power stations are extremely reliable, making them perfect for camping trips, off-grid caravanning, and dependable home backup during unexpected power outages. Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment.
Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, pointing out unhelpful communication, long delays when waiting for replacement parts or missing items, and difficulties in getting timely updates. A few other people also felt frustrated by slow response times and uncoordinated support when trying to resolve technical faults.
Bought the Elite 200 V2 from Bluetti recently and have been using it in my camper van for the past two weeks (date today is 02.11.2025). The performance of the solar generator is superb; the app makes managing the generator easy, the power of the generator is amazing; the compact size of the unit means that I can fit it into a very convenient and unobtrusive space; and the overall quality of the brand gives me peace of mind that I can rely on the generator for years to come without any major worries.
The Elite 200 V2 was delivered to me in perfect condition and within two days and was very securely packaged.
Chose Bluetti elite 30v2 after reading reviews and watching you tube. Delivery was super quick, product was excellently packed. Haven't used it yet but fully charged it in readiness. Found getting the 5%discount code difficult so gave up.
Excellent friendly Facebook group for trouble shooting and advice , I love my Bluetti , its made off grid camping so much easier !!! ..... Dont know how I ever managed before !
Once they've got your money you become their victim
9 weeks and waiting for a cable to connect my apex to solar as I bought the solar package!!! They really don't care as their warehouse stocks the expensive bits that they're happy to take your money knowing parts are missing... Here's millions of BLUETTI BUCKS!!! you can't actually spend these as nothing is in STOCK!!! Customer services only listen to themselves acting like they've rectified the problem when I am still without my cable!!! The final blow came from the offer of a partial refund of £50... Should be £50 per day of waiting!!! I so regret buying from BLUETTI... Please stop emailing me with your offensive and ridiculously stupid emails Bluetti.. Company doesn't allow Google reviews and now I know why... ZERO STARS
Incredible company, industry leading products,
Not only does this company create great products, they actually listen to consumers needs. Adapting new designs to include specs we have asked for. Unrivalled quantity and durability, backed by a huge warranty and phenomenal customer experience.A dedicated support team on messenger, fantastic admins on the facebook page comes together to bring 100% satisfaction. £/KWH unbeatable in the industry, I have tested the hell out of my devices and they are built to last. Probably in my top three companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Well done Bluetti, bringing value, peace of mind and innovation to the portable power station genre.
We purchased the AC50B for our campervan in April 2025 and it has fully met our expectations as a power source for our adventures.
We have 200w of solar panels charging the unit. The AC50B outputs more than meet our requirements to run the lighting and water pump as well as a 700w kettle for a brew.
Good bluetti website to easily navigate and purchase. Decision to buy actual product I choose was based on youtuber reviews of product especially RobnDob comprehensive assessment of
Elite 100v2 and added 5% off code, bonus.
Terrible brand bought on amazon for £260 lasted 2yrs now totally dead wont charge at all imo the safety feature failed to stop battery from draining to zero which then causes problems don't buy, buy ecoflow.
Fantastic service. Recommend. Product has been reliable. I have the EB70, the AC60P and a B80 expansion battery. Power cuts are a feature where I live, but these run my internet and keep the TV going and all emergency lights and laptop charged when the worst happens.
Did alot of research before investing in Bluetti, I went for the AC240 option as I do take it out into the wilds so the water and dust resistance was a big factor in making my decision.
The product is good, ive very little to criticise, the build quality is excellent and it does what its supposed to well. The app is well written and easy to use.
My only gripe is the low 60V PV input limit. It does make it hard to get the best out of the PV input as getting a good combination of panels together has been challenging.
Overall though excellent product and very happy with it.
Brilliant product from a brilliant caring company.
I Purchased the BluettiAC200L with a 300w solar panel that was advertised and in their recent sale. I did lots of research and the product is perfect for what I need so I took the plunge and how glad I am that I did. Bluetti emailed me to thank me for being a new customer and said a gift had been sent to me. This morning at 08:00 my door knocks and the company have sent me the X90 Power bank FOR FREE , I am over the moon. My original purchase is still on route but the FREE gift got here first.
Thankyou 🙏 it really as made my year.
