BLUETTI is making all-in-one solutions of solar power more accessible to everyone living at home or going off grid. We're dedicated to making our world a better place by creating an exceptional green experience.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the portable power stations are extremely reliable, making them perfect for camping trips, off-grid caravanning, and dependable home backup during unexpected power outages. Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment.
Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, pointing out unhelpful communication, long delays when waiting for replacement parts or missing items, and difficulties in getting timely updates. A few other people also felt frustrated by slow response times and uncoordinated support when trying to resolve technical faults.
I found this power station was ideal for my needs microcamping, once I'd read all the instructions and got to know it, it was so easy and reliable.
I was shocked how heavy it is though for such a small unit, I can barely lift it, so I use my little wheeled sack cart for moving it to the vehicle etc. Would still highly recommend.
Customer service - Bad experience
I have a faulty unit that’s under warranty and trying to get repaired
It took 1 week to get the details from customer services to find out how and where to return the unit.
Around a week after the unit was delivered I get an email asking if I have sent the unit to the address they provided.
Obviously being concerned that the unit may have been lost in the post I had to check my recorded delivery details.
From the recorded delivery details it says the unit had been delivered the day after it had been posted (several days before Bluetti asking if I had posted the unit)
Again being concerned that the unit had been lost their end I have been asking and asking if they have the unit and if so how long will the repair take - pretty standard sort of questions?
It’s now been over a week (pretty much 2 weeks since the delivery of the item to the repair address and I have yet to be told 1. If they have the unit and if so 2. When will it be returned?
They never answer any of the questions and just send a generic email back.
Today I have been on hold for over 30 minutes to customer service trying to speak to someone to find out what’s going on
I find this very frustrating and very poor service. It seems clear they have no regard to their customer and the after sales is not important to them.
Is 3-4 weeks acceptable to arrange a repair, and still not know if they even have my unit?
How many weeks will it be before I find out the units lost or be returned?
Very poor service in my opinion wish I had spent my money elsewhere
Brought the Elite 100V2 as I am a lorry driver and what a game changer.
Am able to run many devices off this to make life more comfortable.
Would highly recommend.
Very pleased with station , but delivery service poor used DPD app waited for it app said your next drop then went straight to delivery unavailable no answer so pick up at drop off , then an hour later get a message and photo of box dropped off in garden , they never knocked at all I was near door , it wasn’t a cheap bit of kit , ac180 in my eyes is not cheap and a work hard for my money , and to have it dumped in garden , anyone could have picked it up , so not happy bit love station thanks love it , but not DPD
The Product and service were excellent..A small down side was the Delivery Company (DX)..over a week later, and only because I phoned and complained, did I receive my item the next day...Bluetti side of things was brilliant.
My first purchase was a 200p. This is a brilliant power bank but too heavy to easily take camping. (The 200max came out shortly after and I wish I'd waited).
After a year or so I bought the AC 180 which does almost everything the 200p does, but much more portable.
I have now bought 2× elite 100 v2 models.
Bluetti is such a great product that I am now a big fan. We have frequent power cuts here so I use my Bluettis as UPS throughout the house. The small elite 100 v2's are great for camping and other mobility requirements.
I recently bought the Bluetti Elite 100 V2, and overall I was very impressed. If you're looking for a portable power station that punches above its weight in terms of output, flexibility, and convenience, this one is worth a close look.
Amazing powerbank, ive had my Elite 100 v2 for about 3 weeks now and it is a remarkable little unit, so far its been used to run my large tv and charge my iPhone, i run it for 3 hours a day to save electricity and charge it up on a Sunday and this then gives me free electricity the following sunday, it runs amazingly well and im really pleased with the size and weight of the unit, the app is easy to use and i would recommend this unit to anyone that has a need for off grid power, when connected to mains it charges from empty to full within 2hrs and even has a decent charging rate from the aux power socket in my car, i have spoken a couple of times to bluetti customer services to get my head around how the unit operates and they are really helpful and patient so i know if i ever have a problem i have help when i need it,
If you are undecided about investing in a bluetti power bank my advice would be just do it because you will not regret your purchase
Bought the Elite 200 V2 in the sale for use on our motorhome, and it's going to be a game-changer.
We are due to spend a month in Spain and wanted the flexibility to use our Ninja Airfryer occasionally, even when the on-site EHU wasn't man enough. Last year, we found that even a low-watt air fryer and toaster frequently tripped the onsite Hookup. Also got caught out when off-grid with a dead rechargeable torch and only a 240V mains plug charger.
So we hooked up our new powerbank to the Nija Combi to test it out at home, first with some saute potatoes 20 mins at 200c no problem, used about 25%, then a roast pork joint with all the trimmings, about an hour at 190c down to 49% can't wait to use it while away.
The best thing is that when we sell our motorhome next year, it comes with us, so there's no wasted investment in an inverter, upgraded solar, or batteries. Additionally, if we experience a power cut at home or need power at an event, we now have it. I just need stronger muscles to lift it!
The best customer care I have ever experienced. These guys genuinely care, they go way above expectations and their rewards scheme is incredible. I have multiple large and small units from them and they are great value and quality. I have managed to not only get my Motorhome off grid, but set up a solar system at the house for a fraction of the system cost. Products are innovative and user friendly, with most set ups a simple plug and play. Far better value per KWH than EcoFlow or Jackery.
Ten year life span makes the investment pay for itself. Highly recommend
I purchased our Bluetti mainly to use…In our motorhome whilectraveling.
I purchased our Bluetti mainly to use in our motorhome, what an asset it has been. Traveling abroad the amperage is not as high as the UK. So using the Bluetti meant I never tripped the power source on the campsites. It help make things run smoothly cooking out side with our electric grill not a problem. The sun shinning every day free electric. Great investment, great product.
Have purchased a new touring caravan and was looking for a portable power station in order to go off grid when possible. Really excited to have chosen the Bluetti elite 100 and looking forward to putting it into service. All the positive reviews lead me to believe I have made the right choice... comfortable In the knowledge that excellent customer service and 5 year warranty will make ownership painless
Thanks Bluetti
Customer service. I was looking for a power station which could power my self build campervan, but also power my husband's medical bed in a power outage. A tall order, the help I received to my answers were prompt, clear and helpful
Very reliable unit. I use everyday BLUETTI Elite 200 V2 and is saving me money on my electric bill... i am on economy 7 so my electricity is much cheaper between 1 am and 8 am so i leave the unit to automatic charge overnight and use the unit to power microwave, kettle, toaster etc and has enough power for my use during the day...
