What's worse is that I have asked their customer service how to initiate a return. I have had one response in the past week, whereby she asked whether I would accept an exchange instead of a refund. I said no thank you, I want the refund, so please can you let me know where to send it to / how to begin the process (as they purposefully make you ask, rather than have it written anywhere.) The days keep on passing and I have heard nothing back despite chasing three times. It's just a really bad way to treat people. Clearly an undependable company with low quality products.

Beware of the return policy before placing an order!
The return process is guaranteed to keep you from sending a return as you have to do tracked international shipping to China which is very expensive, not to mention time-consuming. It does say this on their website, but if you hadn't read every word on the website and assumed a more regular return process, it is annoying. I decided to just eat the price of my order because I don't have the time to go and waste and hour in the post office and pay $50 to return a $75 order.

I feel scammed website says UK but apparently in Hong Kong!
My order Number is :Order No. #UKBS89888 It remains to be seen what experience I have. I ordered because the webpage said it was a company in the UK . They charged me under £3 postage so why wouldn't I think they were in the UK? Then I did a bit of research, read the dreadful reviews and cancelled within ONE HOUR of purchase. I haven't heard anything yet despite e-mailing/ sending a message in messenger and filling in their online form . I feel scammed. They said on the webpage EASY RETURNS it's hardly easy is it if you have to send to HONG KONG and even then it sounds like the company wont refund. Hopefully I will hear in the morning that I have a full refund, after all how can a company that identified as 'spiritual' be ripping people off/scamming?

Chinese store with a UK web address meaning long shipping and poor quality. The trousers are wearable but I was specifically after cotton and there's no fabric labels on the trousers and the quality of stitching is terrible. Definitely sweatshop type stuff! I'm normally pretty good at spotting this Chinese stuff but I didn't double check reviews so I hope others will. I note their go to response is they can't find the customer when they leave a bad review.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO PROVIDE REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
While I liked the quality of the pants I ordered, they were nowhere even close to the correct size in fact were labeled 2XL but were barely able to fit an XS Plus, I never ordered a 2XL in the first place

The fabric is scratchy. To return: no refund on shipping/tax from china (about $20) and you must pay return shipping/tax. For a $60 order I would get about $20 back- not worth it.
Addendum: after 2-3 weeks of back-and-forth emails the company I received an email saying that they decided to refund me 10% of my purchase cost. about a week later, they decided to refund me the amount of the order minus their shipping and taxes. So I received approximately $60 back for my $75 order. Overall, I would not recommend as they are not transparent about the returned items costs. There was a lot of back-and-forth and so many emails with this company however they did refund me most of my money and allowing me to keep the products even though I have no intention of using/wearing them. I will increase them from a one star review to a 2 star review for this. To gain more trust and be a better supplier of products in this country, they should be fully transparent about their return policies and the fact that they will not refund their shipping costs or tax costs to the United States and that if you decide to return their items, they will not refund those costs AND you’ll have to pay shipping and tax back to China as well.

Terrible untrustworthy company. Claimed multiple times that I don’t have a correct address, asked for gps coordinates multiple times, charged $9 for “undelivered “ items. After numerous emails back and forth (my time wasted) I asked for a refund on the items I never received. They have yet to refund and stated they just deduct $12 for the inability to deliver. Avoid them at all costs!

Beware of buying from Buddha Stones (au.buddhastoneshop.com) if you think you'll be able to return an item
I would not purchase from Buddha Stones again. The bracelet I received was significantly lower quality than the website photos suggested. When I requested a refund, customer service repeatedly offered partial refunds (5%, 10%, 30%, then 50%) instead of processing a return. Eventually I was required to pay approximately AUD $20 to return the item to China, despite ordering from their Australian website, and after they received it they deducted another $8 from my refund for shipping. The whole process took months of emails. While customer service remained polite, the return process was frustrating, expensive and not transparent. I recommend Australian customers carefully read the return policy before purchasing.
