Do not touch this site. They are China based. The misleading cost of postage for buying an item is NOT reflected in the extortionate postage cost to return the item to China! Furthermore they were asking me to commit customs fraud by labelling the item as being below $10USD. It was double that. What kind of company asks its customers to commit fraud!!! Update: FYI Buddha Stones the matter has been passed on to my payment provider who has refunded me the full amount WITHOUT having to commit fraud, nor to pay extortionate postage and insurance. Dreadful, dreadful company.

Buyer beware with this company. If anything goes wrong it’s on you. I wrote in advance about sizing for some clothing I was interested in. They state to order 2 sizes larger than normal. I was advised on the size to order through email, after sending some measurements, so I ordered. I am normally XL in the U.S. Occasionally I go for 2XL. They advised I order 4XL according to my measurements. I cannot even get into the clothing it is so small for me. Now they ignore me to return it and get a refund. Who does business like this especially with clothing that clearly has sizing issues?? I recommend to stay clear of any company like this. They’ll take your money and whatever you get you’re stuck with. UPDATE: They finally got back to me about a day after this review. They want to blame me even though I sent my measurements and they advised the size to order. They initially agreed to refund minus the $35 shipping and another $12 tax. When I went to ship the package I was told the shipping cost is between $300-$400 (USPS or UPS). I wrote to let them know and asked them if they can set me up with their shipper that cost them $35. They said don’t do that. I also contacted their shipper which said they Id have to go through the merchant, who already refused. Then they offered to refund 10% without sending the items back. “10% discount refund on the items will be $16.32USD and no need to return the items to us.” The items cost $174. That’s their “no-hassle return policy”.

I deliberately ordered two sizes larger than my normal size because the website stated that this style runs small. I am normally an Australian size 10, yet the pants I received, which were advertised as an Australian size 14 (2XL), were still nowhere near the advertised size. The company advertises easy, hassle-free returns if an item doesn’t fit. That has not been my experience. Instead of honouring what is advertised, I have spent weeks sending multiple photographs and measurements, only to be repeatedly asked to provide the same type of evidence again and again. Each response has taken one to two days, dragging out what should have been a simple refund request. Despite fully cooperating with every request, I still have not been offered a refund or a meaningful resolution. As a customer, I feel as though I have been led through an exhausting process rather than having my legitimate concerns addressed. What concerns me even more is that the exact product I purchased has now disappeared from the company’s website. I have asked for an explanation, but at the time of writing this review, I have not received one. I find this extremely concerning given the issues I have experienced with the product. The customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I have felt ignored, dismissed, and left to fight for what should have been a straightforward return under the policy advertised on the website. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Buddha Stones. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t as advertised, be prepared for a lengthy, frustrating process rather than the hassle-free returns that are promised. I ordered a dress over 6 weeks ago. It still has not arrived. There was no indication of long delivery times when I ordered it. I have tried to chase my order numerous times and no one has got back to me.
