Please be Aware 🙏 When “Buddha” Meets Bad Business This Is About More Than a Bad Return Policy I ordered three pairs of pants from Buddha Stone and received only two. The third pair was never delivered, and I was never refunded for it. To make matters worse, returning the two pairs I did received ( the quality was so low) turned into a nightmare. After I opened a dispute with American Express, Buddha Stone contacted me and promised to refund me if I canceled the dispute. I trusted that promise and canceled the dispute. And then the story changed. Instead of simply honoring the agreement, they started asking me to accept the refund through Zelle or another payment method. So now I’m left wondering why I was asked to give up the protection of a legitimate credit-card dispute before actually receiving the money I was promised. This is no longer just about questionable quality or an extremely difficult return policy. It’s about misleading a customer into canceling a dispute based on a promise, and then changing the terms afterward. Whether that was deliberate or simply extremely irresponsible, the result is the same: I was left without the product, without the promised refund, and without the protection I originally had. And the irony of the company being called Buddha Stone is hard to miss. Buddha is associated with truth, integrity, and freedom from attachment to material things. Perhaps someone at Buddha Stone should take a moment to revisit that part of the philosophy. 🙏 I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. The quality of the product is one thing. Trust is another and once that is gone, no pair of pants is worth it.

Bought a pair of harem pants for my gf and she loves them! Bought a matching shirt a few weeks later, unfortunately, it doesn't fit correctly. So, the customer service people from Buddha are working with me to resolved the issue. There is a time lag because of their location possibly in India? and mine here in Detroit. Fraudulent refund policy. I cancelled an order within 24h. They took several days to reply offering a 10% discount instead to win time until shipping. I refused. They took a few more days to illegally say they would only refund 97% of the price, supposedly because of their payment provider’s costs. This violates customer rights. I still haven’t got confirmation or my money. They are not to be trusted

Ordered 2 tops and 1 dress from this company, out of all 3 only one top was ok, the dress looked like something a kid would make in sewing class, and the top, although the same size as the other was far too small. Don't even bother trying to send back items, after emailing back and forth, them offering me their 'best' discount of 10% and keep the goods, to their 'best' discount of 20% to keep the goods or posting internationally that would cost me a fortune I have decided to take the discount and suffer the loss, but be warned scam companies need to be held accountable Edit in Reply to Vendor Response: While I appreciate that this has now been resolved - the vendor has sent a private email offering a full refund following the above review - I must dispute and clarify their response: firstly, I informed the vendor that my reason for return aligned with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 9, guidance that items with poor craftsmanship i.e. uneven stitching, issues with construction, etc. entitled the buyer to a full refund - they continued to offer an insufficient partial refund and have again misrepresented my reason for return in their response. As such, I still stand by my initial review of 1-star.

I liked all the three blouses that I ordered. One of the blouses, although very pretty came undersized so I had to exchange it for another item. the help has been prompt and available and that is a plus for me. I am happy to pay the 15 dollars for the fees for the exhange. I hope this is what is needed to continue with the exchange.

I like the clothes however Returns is nigh on impossible. More accurately you can make a return, and then it will never be received and thus you do not get a refund. NB this order is coming from china, think really carefully if you want the product. I hadn't realised it was coming from china, and ordered several size/patterns to try, and then tried returning them, and have not received a refund.

The pants I ordered are excellent quality and feel lovely - but sizing is weird! In the process of exchanging. Customer service is nice, although I think that I am in my right to change the pants returning what doesn't fit right. Anyhow I have accepted their offer and I am paying 35€ so they send me the -hope- right size.

Don’t touch them….Such a shame. What should be a lovely thing is ruined by the most inaccurate sizing I have ever come across and the most dreadful customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a ladies XL blouse for me (normally a medium but allowing for small sizing and non-stretchy fabric) and a gents XXL shirt for my husband (normally a L). The gents XXL didn’t fit me, never mind my husband. Three months, at least 12 emails, being endlessly fobbed off with offers of discounts if I keep the products, and £24 for return postage later I have finally got my refund- but only because I chased them!! Shockingly bad ☹️
