Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers frequently praise the responsive support team, noting how quickly staff members assist with exchanges and resolve issues. Many consumers also appreciate the comfortable fabrics, beautiful colors, and attractive designs of the clothing and jewelry items. However, some customers also noted that sizing can be quite tricky, requiring careful attention to measurement charts. The linen pants did not flatter my body how I thought they would based on the model but they are good quality and customer service is very helpful. I would consider buying other items!

The size is a problem. You really need to order a larger size than you usually wear. North American sizes are different. In the end I had to make an exchange. It went well, just took a bit of time. I am now very happy with my garment.

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake on size and type of trousers. I contacted BuddhaStone to swap. They told me to keep the incorrect order and replaced them with correct size and type and only charged me postage! I have never experienced such generosity when the mistake was clearly mine. I would, certainly, recommend this business.

I warn anyone against using this company, the dress I ordered was see through, it was supposed to be cotton but felt very synthetic. You could see my underwear through the fabric and my silhouette when the light was behind me. I asked for a refund and after 4 email exchanges I was finally told to send it back to an address in China but I'd likely have to pay duty on it and the shipping over would also be deducted making it pointless to return. Very angry.
Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the dress did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the fabric and its transparency. We understand your frustration with the return process and the potential costs involved. We are currently continuing to communicate with you by email and are providing further assistance to find a suitable solution for your case. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope we can resolve the matter with you directly. We appreciate your patience while we continue working on your case. Kind regards, Buddha Stones Customer Service Team
Lovely! I bought two jade rings from them. Sizing was perfect and each piece came with a certification. Honestly it came in chienese, didn't really bother to translate it tho. It did take a few weeks to get to my doorstep, so I did reach out to them and they got back to me explaining the situation and even gifted me a free cute plushie for the horse year. Will be buying more from them ◡̈

Avoid this site!!!! I purchased close to $250 worth of items from this site. I was happy with the first batch I received, but in the second shipment they sent me the wrong item, then refused to pay for return shipping to replace it and wanted me to pay $60 + close to $10 tax to return the wrong item they had sent me! Shame on them!

Stay away. Cheap shein quality products shipped from china. Nothing like the images on the web. Glad I only bought one item as a test before buying more.

I’m in Japan, it hot and I needed something cool to wear. I choose the Buddha pants. I liked that the sizing chart was accurate, you can trust it . The fabric on the pants was perfect lightweight material- I wear them all the time. I ordered more pants but input the wrong size. Customer service has nice to me.

Very good experience — good quality and reliable service I’m very pleased with my experience with Buddha Stones. The dresses arrived safely and were as described on the website. The fabric is good quality and they are nicely made. I personally found the sizing a little generous, although that is simply my own impression. I contacted customer service about the shipping and they were friendly and helpful. The tracking worked well and the parcel arrived without any problems. I had recently had a very disappointing experience with another online store, so I especially wanted to leave a review when things were done properly. Buddha Stones delivered what they promised, and I would happily buy from them again.

So many really gorgeous items of clothing. I had real trouble deciding what to buy. In the end I chose several pairs of trousers and am really delighted with them. They are very high quality, handmade and beautiful, The styles and colours are unique with embroidered details that really enhance the cut and touch the soul. I feel amazing when I wear these clothes because I know I'm supporting traditional craftsmanship and local livelihoods, and I also receive many compliments. A huge thank you to Tashi who persevered with a very difficult courier at my end to make sure I received the items.

First impression was the gorgeous boxes they came in and then you open them up and they are in a beautiful little bag inside…such a treasure inside as I just love these small horses and what they represent…one of them is attached to my purse and two will be hostess gifts closer to Christmas:)
