I’ve made a few purchases from Buddha Stone. I enjoy the quality of the clothes but sizing is a little tricky, as noted by others. Customer service is quick to respond and eager to offer options to make you happy. Once I figure out my sizing I’ll be able to confidently order regularly.

I bought three dresses from Buddhastones. The photographs show good quality fabric (linen) and styling, but the dresses that arrived were all made of cheap synthetic material, extremely badly sewn and finished. The fit was also poor. In each case there was no accompanying paperwork
The returns process was very complicated and the total costs unknown so I opted for the 10% discount refund, but it was still an expensive mistake. Be warned!

Sizing difference for US/Euro customers and confusing exchange process
I ordered garments for US sizing. It turned out to be a size small and was informed by customer service their sizing chart is generally smaller than what's expected in US and Europe. Customer service is responsive and offered to resend out my preferred sizing with additional shipping and custom fees while there's no need to return the smaller sizes overseas. This is fair but so far, the instructions to complete the additional transaction have not been very straight forward - requiring a customer feedback processs, presumably to fill out this review then to get back to them to complete the transaction with payment of add'l shipping/custom fees for them to resend the orders. This seems very confusing and could be a lot more straight forward. Also, the sizing difference for Asian markets versus US/Euro markets should be made a little more clear in the ordering process to prevent this situation.

Due to an issue with the shipper, my order took nearly a month and a half to get in.
Once I contacted the store, they helped rectify the issue with shipper. I ordered a shirt that seems great and a pair of pants that are a bit too small. Store is working on getting me a replacement at my size for the trouble.

The products are nice, but they are too small. I am trying to exchange them, but the process is ridiculous. Their return policy needs serious work. I think once I actually get the replacement product, it will be ok, but my god, y'all need a different exchange policy. Do not buy from here! Worst and most fraudulent company I’ve ever worked with!!! Never delivered my items and still kept the money ($90) and you can’t even reach them to give them a piece of your mind - have to file fraud charges against them now! Terrible customer service and fraudulent orders!
In their response, they claim that the order was refused but that is not the case - it was falsely marked as "refused" but it was never delivered in the first place. Do not believe them! They are thieves and liars too.

Bitterly disappointed in this company.
Ordered 3 dresses, all size L.
I got one dress the correct size, the other 2 were 2xl, and were huge on me.
This company had me jumping through hoops, making me send screen shots, photographs of labels on the dresses, labels on the bags, all very attentive.
Then nothing.
Zilch.
Totally no response from them at all.
On all honesty, if they'd just said, ' we made a mistake, here is a prepaid label for return' I would have been happy.
Mistakes happen. I would have ordered several more items, but this terrible customer service, leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own is disgraceful.
Be warned - the items are good, the customer service is dire.

I ordered three pairs of trousers. It stated the material was 100% cotton. Sadly they were poly-cotton which I cannot wear.
