To clarify our findings, I have sent you through email a few of our IMEI reports for reference as to why we labeled your device as blacklisted. For all devices, we check the carrier and IMEI status on SickW, Swappa's IMEI check, and the carrier specific as well. While we found that your device is only considered carrier locked to Spectrum mobile on SickW, we found that Spectrum is not marking the device as compatible on their website. With the device being locked to Spectrum but not compatible for activation with the network, it is our policy to mark a device as "blacklisted" because it cannot be activated by another carrier. It is not necessarily because the device is lost/stolen but could just be due to a misunderstanding by the network. Are you interested in contacting Spectrum to see if they can provide more information about the blocked status?
