I started my journey with calecim very…

I started my journey with calecim very hopeful, as a more natural way to deal with crown thinning and temple recession and hair loss. I saw the Scottish lady and her review of the product and thought I would try it . However it was very expensive but I preferred to give this a try compared to the standard DHT blockers and minoxidil . Sadly this was an expensive failure, in fact I could have got a hair transplant for the amount I spent on the product over the whole year which is sad. Do check your expectations at the door. I think this may only be useful for women who don't have ongoing hair loss, but perhaps want. to top up a few baby hairs. This is not really suitable for men with hair loss in my opinion

I haven't seen any progress yet, but I feel it may still be a bit early. I do have a suggestion however. Some of us are aging and/or plagued with mobility issues (i.e. early Parkinson's), pulling the cap off the vial and pushing the nozzle attachment onto the vial is nearly impossible. I spill half a vial every week. This product is too expensive to waste like this. As a compounding Pharmacist, I understand the issues with the bottle needing to be sealed in such a fashion to increase shelf-life, but is there no way to prepare the solution and vacuum sealed it into a vial with an applicator already attached? I will update my review regarding my results in another couple months...

Biggest waste of money I've ever spent

Your hair regrowth serum I used for a year did not work at all and was outrageously over priced. I have wasted tons of money on it and have since given up on regrowing my hair because I'm upset that I thought I found something that would work, spent a ton of money on, and have absolutely nothing to show from it. Thanks a lot.

I’ve tried the facial serum and multi action cream

I’ve tried the facial serum and the multi action cream. I use the serum during & after monthly dermarolling at home, but honestly don’t see any changes. What kinds of changes should I be able to see? I was using about 1 vial per session over about 4-7 months So I started using it with my everyday skincare instead. I’m not sure I saw much difference? I stopped after a couple of weeks. The multi action cream really left me unimpressed. Did not keep my skin moisturized and saw no changes with a bottle of use. I get much better results with my bioessence copper peptide/vegan squaline night cream. Customer service has been unhelpful. I gained a bunch of rewards points after like a year of subscriptions but they wouldn’t allow me to add my rewards to my next shipments. And why is that? I’m still purchasing regularly; why not allow me to claim my rewards with my subscription purchases? That’s just greedy. Customer service was unapologetic so I told her I found a way around it, not that she helped. I just cancelled my current subscription and started a new one, in order to claim my rewards. After that she offered me a 10% discount for my trouble? …….. I’ve found that customer service agents with this company are uncaring at best, and borderline-rude. Lastly, what is with the lack of actual information on this website? There is just a bunch of jargon in the product descriptions, but I’m truly learning nothing about these products. I feel like this means they are no better than drugstore anti aging creams & serums, but the high price tag and the flashy PPT name is meant to make us think these products are some wonderful new skin technology? I REALLY wanted this to work, but I think y’all have just made fools of many of us.

After using the Calecim Advanced Hair my Hair Loss INCREASED

After using the Calecim Advanced Hair System for 2 weeks, my hair loss has tripled. I will not use this product again. Very disappointed they say on their website they will not refund your money unless product has not been opened. If the product was actually good, and they were an honest company, they would give refunds for poor results. Sorry I wasted over $300 on this scam.

I tried you hair growth serum and 4 face products. I felt for the price, they were average. The hair growth my husband and I didn't see much for results. You asked for specifics: My husband used the hair serum for over 7 months, and the new hair growth was more like peach fuzz, and very little of it. I had 1 product of face cream sent after expiration date, had to get replacement. Had another turn color on me, way before expiration date. Yes a new one was sent, but for the cost would expect these things not to occur.

No change !!

Absolve nicely into the skin.

I like the way the syrum absolve into the skin. But I'm still waiting for the results to show. I will definitely give another review when I see some improvements.

Didn’t work- defensive customer service , who stated results can take 12-18 weeks…despite it saying 6 weeks….but insta support are ok. I’ll give my order number here too

The product is good. Changing products on autoship does not work well. I was able to delay shipments easily.

The jury is still out

I have been using Calecim Professional Hair System for 12 weeks. I was hoping to see good results by now, but unfortunately there has been a marked recession in my hairline and a noticeable loss of hair. Because I'm on a subscription, I am required to purchase 3 cycles of product lasting 6 weeks each. I am on my 3rd cycle and I sure hope this turns around rather than getting even worse! The product is very nicely packaged and appears to be very scientifically designed.

Contradictions not once but several…

Contradictions not once but several times about product ingredients. The Calecim website states very different to email responses. I have now been ignored due to complaining about their silly shortcomings. I will not be purchasing products again from Calecim why...because I cannot get a satisfactory answer.

face serum is not worth the cost, do not see much difference, still need time to comment on hair serum

Your shipping needs improvement

Your products are great, but you really need to fix your shipping methods, and notifications of when orders are shipped. My recent order was not shipped for 5 days and there is really no excuse for that, and I was sent no notification of when it did ship until I sent an email asking whether it had shipped and if so, when. I still don't have it. This is what keeps me from re-ordering regularly

Product not working yet, Customer service and website good

Customer service and website good but still waiting to see any results from the serum itself, diligently derma stamp and massage every 2nd day yet after 7 weeks no visible results or feeling of fullness or thickness…..will continue for the rest of the second pack on the full routine and not maintenance program and see. If it works it’s worth the price, if not !!!

The products are wonderful. I’d change your IG ads, however. I had a bad experience with someone attacking me on a thread for no reason. It made me desire to shop elsewhere.
