Thank you for this feedback. So that available moves will be displayed when you select pieces in games, make sure to enable the option "Show Legal Moves" in Board settings. On our website, you can access these settings by clicking the gear icon to the top right of the chess board while on the Play page. On our app, you can access this setting in the menu: More > Settings > Board. On the Chess.com app, you can also enable the setting "Confirm each move" in the menu: More > Settings > Play > Live Chess. We're working to implement the "Confirm each move" setting for Live Chess games on our website as well!

Thank you for this feedback. We have automatic detection systems in place to identify and ban sandbaggers, as well as cheaters. These accounts are immediately banned from Chess.com! We completely understand how important the concern is with sandbagging, especially when it comes to tournaments. With that in mind, our team is exploring potential restrictions or criteria we can add to tournaments to prevent newer accounts with un-established ratings from participating. It should be possible to view your win-loss-draw stats for all your games using the Explorer or Openings tools on Chess.com. Search "Refund" and then complete the prompts to provide your account information, before validating your submission. If you've already followed these steps and haven't heard back from our Billing Team within two business days, please let us know your account username in response to the information request we've submitted.
