My plans changed after the booking but they responded promptly and without any problems rebooking my trip as requested. Chinese trains are clean, prompt and fast. I would recommend traveling China by train and China Highlights for bookings
We traveled across China by train thanks to great booking by Vivi and Fabio. Excellent experience, helpful advice and flawless ticket changes when required.
So easy to work with, in advance of the trip and changes made along the way. Annie was super responsive and answered all the questions I had for a daunting itinerary across southern China. It all went completely smoothly. Couldn't be happier
China Highlights took the stress out of booking bullet train tickets in China over a national holiday period that was going to be very busy. Additionally, I made a mistake with my booking instructions and they remedied the situation swiftly and graciously. Strongly recommend them.
Quick, reliable, convenient way to buy train tickets
We relied on China Highlights for train ticket booking: they were fast, precise and very efficient in booking our tickets and changing our reservations when required
Really helpful WhatsApp messaging with the team and pre-booking before the train tickets become available. Thanks China highlights!
Very useful service of booking. They were very kind and they were able to secure the tickets we requested. Highly recommended
I used China Highlights to book my train tickets within China, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Their platform is easy to use, and what really stood out was their excellent customer support. I had a few questions along the way, and they were always quick to respond via email, providing clear and helpful answers. I highly recommend their service if you're planning to travel around China by train.
Very good comunication, quickly answer. I guess it's very dificult to get soft sleeper in the train Liuyuan- Turpan and Turpan- Kashgar, because this trains begin in a distant train station. The hard sleeper was an acceptable solution. Good system to book trains in China
Very smooth reservation process and ticketing. Very friendly staff. Next time again!
Hi im from malaysia,i used china highlights to buy train ticket from kunming to lijiang..recommended to used this platform for buy ticket.the staff very helpfull and quick respon
Excellent service from Vivi and Fabio for our train travel across China.
I used China Highlights when I realised that most train ticket booking open up 45 days in advance of the actual ticket sales being available. China is a large country with large number of population; and they love to go on holidays . China Highlights were reliable, edficient and responsive. I was very happy to have booked the trains we required on May ( peak holiday season in China)
Excellent, professional but amiable service. Immediate response to queries, and glitches resolved without fuss.
I used China Highlights’ excellent iPhone app to book 8 separate high-speed train journeys for a recent trip to China. The interface is straightforward to use, and the customer service support is top notch. When first booking the seats I had requested they found that one of our passports wouldn’t Register with China railways correctly, they let us know promptly and we were able to fix it within an hour or two. On another occasion the train I wanted was full and the instructions I had left for what to do in this circumstance were confusing (entirely my fault), they used their initiative to get seats on a similar service but also checked whether I was happy to accept them or if I wanted something else. Finally, I also use them to obtain tickets for the Forbidden City, and this worked flawlessly. The per ticket service fee for booking trains can feel a little bit steep at times, however given the quality of the service provided I really don’t begrudge it and would encourage others to use the same service rather than faffing around trying to use the China Railways website and app, which are really not set up for foreigners.
Excellent experience booking with China Highlights
trustworthy site to get train tickets booked when i couldn't use the local Chinese official website to book tickets myself. Chinahighlights.com were professional and responded to my queries quickly enough (as long as your email reached them during regular business hours m-f). Will def use them again whenever i need to travel on chinese railways.
