Avoid this scam retailer at all costs. My costume was delivered significantly smaller than the size I ordered. After having to prove the size was wrong through photos showing the measurements, I was warned that the shipping costs back to them were high (I think they are based in china) and I could simply get a 15% refund and sell my costume on Gumtree! What on earth do I advertise it as - Mis-shaped poorly constructed costume of indeterminate size?!
100% refund offered, which is against the Consumer Duty Act of 2015!
The returns policy is impossible to follow since they expect the goods back within 2 weeks but in their own correspondence warn that returns often take 1 month to receive back. This company really is a SCAM!
I had to purchase through Amazon a replacement costume for the event at significant extra cost. Wish I had just used trusty Amazon in the first place.
This firm is a DISGRACE!

Hi, we looked at the email you sent and realized that the measurement photos you provided were inaccurate. We need you to take measurements of the bust, waist and hip areas of the garment. Do you expect people to spend over £50 to send back yo you with their own money! I dont think so. You do this so people Caan NOT send back to yourself tonbe abel to grt a full refund.

I accidentally brought the wrong size and they have refused to issue a refund no matter what. They've offered me 15% money back which is £4 of what I orginally spent which is unacceptable. Taking this further til I get full money back. Edit. Don't bother emailing me coshd saying exactly the same thing which is spend over £50 to get it send back when my order was only £29. I'm refuse to play your games!!! I'm reporting this company to trading standards!!!

Hi, you ordered the wrong size yourself and we are offering you a 50% refund and you still feel no. We allowed you to return the item and sent you the return address, we clearly mentioned in our return policy that the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost by themselves. The exact return shipping cost is determined by the courier company that you find yourself, and we will not charge anything from it. Do you think the best way to handle this is to give you a full refund? I'm sorry that this is not possible, appropriate concessions we can concede. After all, we are a for-profit business, not a charity, thank you for your understanding.
Case Update For Ref - please no one purchase from this store it’s a scam and PayPal won’t protect your purchase! The seller has responded to my previous review here advising they will look into the issue and resolve but this is all for show - they have still not responded to my emails, I’m still missing my order and still no refund! PayPal have offered a full refund via case escalation, but only if I pay to return the wrong item I’ve received! Therefore not a full refund and could take months to resolve - be warned and order at your own risk as you will likely be left out of pocket. Worst experience if I could rate less than 1 star I would - I will be escalating this further under the consumer good act as fraud.

Hi, your costume and wig are shipped separately because the wig is in stock due to the fact that it is shipped within 24h for you. I have now received the address and the cost to return the item is at £31.99, I understand the company doesn’t set the fees but this is absolutely ridiculous…I feel like I have been completely scammed! As I stated before, I would definitely NOT recommend.

If it's you who doesn't want to keep the costume, you can return the costume, but our return policy states that the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost themselves. Absolutely disgusting company who rob you blind. I ordered a costume which consisted of clothing, a scarf and a wig, and a hat and I ordered this in good time before the event I needed it for. 2 weeks after order, I was informed that the costume was unavailable and would i like to repurchase. I declined as I was running out of time and didn't have another 2 weeks to wait, so I bought a new costume from amazon and said I'd just have a refund. They then proceeded to say they could only refund the clothing part, as they'd already sent out the wig and scarf (half a costume!) I explained that these are useless to me now, as I have bought a new costume and why would I want only half a costume? They then refused the refund for the wig and costume and instead offered a small discount with the audacity of suggesting I go out of my way to resell on ebay or gumtree! I said no, I want a refund as the item was not as described (I didn't ever agree to buying half a costume, I wanted a full costume). They said I could return but would have to pay the postage cost which is very expensive! No thanks. I will be using section 75.
Alongside this, I didn't even receive the one half of the costume on time anyway!
Judging by their comments below I dont even think they understand the review or the complaint. I only received a scarf and a wig.... not a full costume! When I wanted to return the scarf and wig (an incomplete costume) they wanted to charge me as much as the scarf and wig was in the first place to do so! Yes they refunded the missing part, but I bought a full costume, not half a costume and so ended up paying for a scarf and wig I couldn't use!
Less of the attitude, more customer understanding ;)

Paid £78 for my order with fast shipping - it turned up yesterday with just a wig no costume! No response from anyone, despite multiple attempts at contact. Have now raised a claim through PayPal so hopefully will be able to get my money back. Be warned! Wish I’d listened to similar negative reviews before parting with money as it seems to be a common issue.

I was quite sceptical ordering from here after reading all the bad reviews but I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did. I ordered a Slave Leia costume in their Halloween sale for an incredibly low price. The order was shipped within 24 hours and was delivered within a week which is quite fast. The whole process from ordering to it arriving was only 6 days. The outfit is very poor quality I'm so glad I got it reduced because the outfit isn't worth the full price. The bra isn't even put together. You have to hand assemble it yourself. I assume this is to accommodate all body shapes and sizes but it's an unnecessary hassle. The material is very weak and cheap. The outfit itself looks good once on but is a massive faf. The skirt was a tad too long for me but I'm 4'9 so I don't blame them for that. On this occasion I did not have to deal with the customer service so I cannot comment on that.
Appalling, ordered a costume and it was in a much poorer condition than advertised. Took two days to get a response from customer support and when I did they basically told me to go fk myself offering a “10% refund” if I sent it back and covered the return cost (£30+ when the product cost me almost £50)

Do not buy from these scammers! They are not from UK as stated but from China! Taking 15days to get a wig without X2 full adult costumes costing over £140, emailed them & got a hardly readable email back saying “it sent” “be patient”! Contacting fraud via credit card to claim all my money back! T***S

Ordered 2 costume a month ago paid extra for fast shipping and still haven't been sent a tracking number, emailed them 10 days ago and was told it takes 10-15 days to process but no explanation why my order was taking longer,emailed them again yesterday but still waiting for a response

Ordered a costume and even paid the extra £20 for quick shipping since i needed the costume for less than two weeks time. It has been almost a month and the tracking says it hasn’t even been shipped yet.
