Ordered stuff before Christmas and when I didnt feel good about their stuff I tried to cancel my order with in 20 minutes they responded saying it was shipped but according to their policy I was with in the parameters to cancel. They wouldn't let me. When the fake product was delivered it was 3 sizes to small. I paid the postage to return the merchandise and they refused the the package and return. Worst company ever do not buy from them

These people have the worst customer service ever. I ordered a ski one piece coat. I ordered an extra large and it did not fit. I tried every possible contact to get to customer service. Finally I was able to communicate via email. It was like talking to a person that did not comprehend English. The responses seemed pre recorded and didn’t answer the question. After about 20 emails they sent me an address to return the package to in California so that I can get a refund. I spent $20.00 to have the item shipped only to have packaged returned due to an inactive address. At this point I was furious. I sent fiery messages and threats at no avail. They kept responding to my emails with a welcome message. The package is still sitting in my window ledge with no return option. Doesn’t fit. Money gone. Do not order from these people.

Ordered a leather a medium coat and received a small. Couldn't put it on. Contacted customer service and they wanted me to pay shipping again to send it back. They wouldn't refund my money.
Ordered a second coat this time a medium which was the same size as the small. Contacted them mentioned it would fit a child. Never responded.
They sell cheap sh1t. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!!!

I posted a review here last week, and if you look below, the company responded asking me to contact them so the issue could be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was rectified.
I was sent the incorrect jacket. I provided proof of what I originally ordered, along with the price I paid. Despite this, they offered me only $34 in compensation for an item that cost me over $115. When I declined, they then instructed me to return the jacket at my own expense.
I do not understand why I should be responsible for return shipping when the error was made entirely by the company. At this point, I am already out $115.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as they do not stand behind their customer service or their mistakes.

I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company. I placed an order September 30, 2025. Order was supposed to ship within 7 days, but after 30 days I emailed the home office. 45 days later I submitted a CC claim to refund the order and still no response. CC payment has yet to be canceled, so I sent another request to cancel to days ago, still no response. I figure my money was stolen...DO NOT order from this company
