Clothing is not what your expecting. quality is horrible. Jackets are fake or seems fake. It's like if you touch it with your finger you might put a hole in it. I asked for a refund the day I opened the package. I was so disappointed in what I got I was speechless. This should be a scam. I can't believe they took me for a good amount of money. now im stuck with clothes that will sit in the same package until eventual it either gets donated or thrown away. Honestly I wouldn't even donate for how bad of the quality it is. I really just want my money back.

I placed an order with this company for a pull-over hoodie and a Carhart zip-up hoodie. I'm 67 years old and weigh 168. I ordered an XL. The pull-over they sent is nice in appearance, but they sent a 3XL, and it's still a size too small! The Carhart is XL, but it's 3 sizes too small! It's terrible that they sell Americans these clothes that are sized for small Asian people! Now I'm stuck with these clothes that don't fit. I'm out almost $90, and live on SSI. The order took several weeks to come, and it would take a couple of months just to send it back, and that's even if they would let me. Folks, two of the companies I submitted a review about send a standard letter to everyone who submits one... All just part of their plan to rip off Americans (and others, I'm sure). They have no intention of replacing or refunding your money. It's all because of bad reviews on Trustpilot or other places. Folks, just don't buy from Cotosen. They will send you clothing items three sizes too small, then refuse to even replace, let alone refund. TC! My first and last order from Cotosen. I ordered three items from them on Dec 10. The charge hit my account on Dec 10. I attempted to cancel the order before the 'order shipped' notification and was told it was too late to cancel.
The order finally arrived 12/29.
All three items are under sized. The XL are closer to M and the 2XL might be L. So none of them are even close to fitting the people they were to be gifted.

Extremely thin and low quality materials. I bought 5 winter jackets and they are as thin as 2 tshirts. I received items that does not look like advertised image. I requested for a refund and received no response. Size is not accurate.

This company is a scam I purchased a few items none of which were what was pictured. The jacket I received wasn’t what I paid for. It was cheap cotton not suede. The item didn’t even remotely look like the picture and wasn’t a winter coat. Don’t waste your time or money. And there isn’t any refunds!!!!!
