The item I ordered showed tracking that it delivered. I was home at the time and nothing arrived. I reached out to customer service and was told it delivered and to file a claim with my local post office. This didn't ship through the post office and I have no reference number to file a claim. The quality of the items were subpar and I wrote in to return them. I give two stars because they did respond initially and gave me the option to return or get some credit back. Once I requested the credit back option, they were unresponsive.
