Products are very good quality
Products are very good quality. I recently purchased the K2 Plus with CFS. Unboxed and printing in about 30 minutes. Have had nothing but great prints off of the unit. Filament is top notch, just wish there were more ABS color options.

I bought a Creality k2 plus printer when Amazon had their sale days. I have never used a 3 d printer before. So far it been a great experience for myself and employees at my business. We can believe how fast the head moves and still gets great results.We have ordered supplies direct from the Creality store with good pricing and fast shipping.

unlike some people my order for a K1C…
unlike some people my order for a K1C printer went well. The process was short and effective. Delivery was very quick, and the printer arrived with no damage. The first print went smoothly and was of a great quality. having read some horror stories from others and knowing most people who didn't have a good experience will mostly complain i went ahead and purchased. I am glad i did. I have recently picked up a damaged K1 MAX and am in the process of repairing. I am surprised at the low cost of the items I am needing and also how helpful the support team have been even with the time difference and possible language barriers. the team have been very helpful with pointing to different help videos - these videos themselves are very understandable and to the point with hints and tips along the way. I will be purchasing from Creality again and will recommend to others.
Great experience
First of all ih this site there are one star reviews with comments as "Never buy from Creality"... unbelievable! I bought many printers and components from Creality Store and everitime I had somthing to change or repair in warranty period and more they always solved the issue.
Creality is the name that i associate with 3d printing
Mynfirst printer was a Creality ender 2 printer. This was back when the ender 2 was the printer to have. Since then i have had many printers some better than others. My favorite printer that i have ever owned is my Creality K2 Plus. i live its speed, I love the print bed (350 X 350 X 350). Inlove the quality. And yes with over a 1000 hours on this printer i have had small issues. This is true with every printer i have ever owned and i have owned 9 3d printers. I love my 3d printers i just live some more than others. The Creality K2 plus is the most expensive printer i have purchased and so its not fair to think the other printers to be as good. But more then that the K2 has out preformed its expectations as the flagship of my print shop. I truly loom to Creality for most any issue that arrises. I have two CFC’s, 1 space pi dryer, 4 space pi x2 dryers, and one creality space pi x4 dryer. Creality is one of my go to brand for filament.
Going from Ender 5Plus to K2 is like going from a model T to a Cadillac.
I received my K2 quickly, sooner than expected. Setup was easy, figuring out how it works and what the different settings and displays meant didn’t take too long although some things I’m still learning. I went from a Creality Ender 5 Plus to the K2. It was like going from a model T to a Cadillac. The only problem I had was the Creality Slicer for this printer is buggy and locks up the computer. But Orlando Slicer is almost identical and works great. Luckily I pre tested it and knew this before I ordered the K2. One thing that I would really like to see Creality do is sell the RFID tags on all of their filaments and sell just the tags for the filaments that I already have. Also provide RFID data for their filaments. Having RFID on the s filaments is really great. Your filaments work perfectly, I have yet to get a defective spool from Creality. I have thrown away other spools of filaments from competitors.
Creality Provides Excellent Service Support and Quality
Creality for me has been a great journey. I purchased a K1 Max and a K1. Later i purchased the CFS addon which was brilliant. I brought a 3d scanner and loads of other items and never had any major issues with support. It may take a couple of days to get a reply if it is weekend , but i was impressed with their service they offer. I recently upgraded to the CFS and had a small fault, which was sorted out quickly by providing footage and details so they could send me a new PCB and Sensor. I am waiting for them to be delivered soon. I would recommend Creality all the way. I am trying to save now for the K2 Pro, but that won't be for some time yet. Don't listen to some of the reviews because like most devices they all can have issues sometimes. Think of it a learning curve to understanding how to fix things in future. Their are plenty of guides to show you what to do and how the device goes together. Thank you Creality for everything you have done for me.
Creality K2 Pro
I’m really impressed with the Creality K2 Pro. The build quality feels rock-solid and premium, and it shows in the results. The prints come out crisp, consistent, and clean right off the bed with minimal tweaking. Setup was straightforward, and it’s been reliable from the first run. Shipping from Creality was surprisingly quick, too, which was a great bonus. Overall, an excellent printer that delivers on both construction and print quality.
Amazing products
Amazing products! I started with the ender 3 v2 and learned a tremendous amount about printers from it. In time I wanted to upgrade, and took a risk on the K1C while waiting for the CFS unit to come out. Now that it has and I have it paired, along with the space pi drying unit, I have an amazing setup that provides virtually no issues. I'd definitely recommend these products to anyone. While Bambu might have a more tailored experience, I think it's critical to know how the printer works in order to get the best results out of it.
I have both an Ender 3 V3 SE and the Hi Combo
I have both an Ender 3 V3 SE and the HI Combo. Both are excellent machines that perform exceedingly well. I use the Ender for "small jobs" and the Hi for multi-color and/or making items that require a bigger footprint, a long time to print or filament changes. As to slicer SW, I use Creality 6.2 because of it's full integration with my Hi and also the many features specific to Creality products not found in other slicers. Finally, customer support is excellent. I had a problem with the filament buffer for my Hi. When I could not resolve the problem using the Wiki links and videos, Creality sent me a new buffer to address the problem. You really can't ask for better than that.
Creality Experience
I have purchased four printers with accessories from Creality. Their process is excellent and their customer support is great. Even though it takes time for customer support, they answer my questions and deliver any replacement parts I need to get my printers and cfs going again in the shortest amount of time. Their tutorials are very detailed and understandable. I love their livestreams where they share information and give advice on issues related to 3d printing. I will continue to purchase from them. No issues with shipping or with the product
I see a lot of negative comments about shipping and delivery. That was not my experience. The order process was easy, I was regularly updated on the delivery status, and my parcel arrived in about a week. It's probably been one of the better companies I ordered from. When I received my laser engraver everything looked great. Setup was easy and because it's a popular printer, finding helpful information online was simple. It worked so well that I bought a few accessories a few weeks later.
