Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers experienced extremely poor customer support, noting long delays, unhelpful responses, and severe difficulties when trying to resolve warranty claims. Many people frequently reported defective hardware, broken components, missing items, and software that failed to function properly right out of the box.
Some people were satisfied with the fast shipping and found the machines powerful, reliable, and easy to set up for daily use. Reviewers also mentioned that when everything functions correctly, the printers deliver exceptionally clean prints and exceed expectations. Buyers appreciated these helpful features and expressed satisfaction with the performance during successful print runs.
Started printing with a Tevo Tarantula that was an experience, followed By a Creality C10 ,Creality S1.
Creality Ender V3, Creality S1 Max,Creality Hi Plus CFS.I use Creality Slicer mainly but also use other slicers, all my machines have been modified and all are still working, the tevo and the C10 have retired,I had no problems except mother boards on both Tevo and C10, I suggest one should read allot
and proceed carefully . I am very happy with Creality But have not had any reason to complain.

DO NOT BUY FROM CREALITY.
The wd printers are made from playdough and break very easily. After.3 weeks of minor use K1 print head internals broke.
Luckily for me amazon return policy was still open.
Returned to amazon
Printer
Camera
2nd print plate
2 x heater units
Poor quality builds. Don't bother and buy a Bambu.
I highly suggest no one buy products from creality customer service is trash i have a printer less then a month all the fans are fired and there is zero customer service in the us and they will tell you to give them time to email you back with updated information within 24 to 48 hours and you can go on longer than that and they will not send an email
After buying a k1 max from uk its chinese bot support wanting me to use a heat gun and them send me the parts what i find interesting is iam not alone on here and when checking not one negative review has been sorted or even reviewed and answered on here by the company that speaks volumes that they are a far east based rip off company stay away zero stary dont buy from them !!!
This company’s tech support and after sales service is an absolute joke I have a 3d printer purchased in September 2024 which has stopped working as the filament will not load and I contacted their tech support and a week later they are still making up excuses not to help and just keep telling me to be patient, as I use this machine for my small business it’s now costing me money. I would recommend anyone buying a 3d printer to avoid this company and use a more reputable company as once this lot have your money you are on your own with little or no support. They have left me now having to contact Trading Standards to try and get the matter sorted. Avoid these like the plague!!’
Update:
They have just responded with a video of how to dismantle the machine involving lots of screws and electrical connections which is way beyond my ability so it seems like they don’t even repair anything but expect the customer to fix it?? They will do anything apart from repair or replace parts, absolutely shocking!!!
Further update:
The latest development with this is that they now claim that the Extruder (the part that is broken) is only covered for 30 days even though their website shows : months, I know this makes no difference now as I bought the machine 10 months ago but they just lie through their back teeth in order not to have to deal with any problems and as far as the 12 months manufacturer warranty goes this apparently does not exist. Next move is to skip this piece of junk and buy a new machine from a reputable company like Elegoo, anyone apart from Creality as they are a bunch of thieves.
So just contacted Creality UK and this was their response;
Dear customer,
Please kindly contact : .creality for support.
Kind regards
Customer Service Department
Exactly the shower that have gave me the run around for a week!!! Absolutely astounding!
After ordering 4 matching items, delivered fairly quick. But 2 items missing. After several emails, the claim to full fill my original order was made. However today only 1 of the two missing items have been delivered. Again I send photographs, and complain about the order, and servicing process the company has. Obviously looking at other reviews seem similar. So I wish I had checked the company out before the big purchase. Now I’m stuck with ordering from Amazon for the wearable parts.
Purchased a k1 max when new - no end of issues with from first layer issues, jams - failed prints etc. Creality would not exchange and kept asking for me to try different things- this has been going on for a year- then an update happened and seemed to be working- upgraded to the CFS system- nightmare damaged itself on set up nothing- no help - no replacement parts- great printers ender 3 and 5s but flagships NOWAY these are sinking ships.
Creality logistics department is so bad they email me 2 days ago on the morning of the 30th june to telling me my order has been shipped and give me a tracking no and 2 days later the order still has not been given to the delevery company there logistics team needs to be sacked and a new one who can actully do there job hired its actully so bad and this is not the first time this has happened
I had problems with my new Creality k2 plus combo when the plane became crooked. I had a good and problem-free dialogue with customer service where they sent new parts as well as links to the manual and a video of how to change it. Printer works like a dream again. Thanks
A long address apparently makes a delivery very difficult
Yeah so I wrote my address long, I have to admit I have a part of fault in here, since I was warned that a long address will make it difficult for them to localize me, but I still provided an address and they should've been able to use a translator, google translate, chatgpt or a real person to translate from my language to English. They kept saying they had trouble delivering my package, enlarged my delivery date estimate to a month of waiting for a fricking address they weren't able to translate, despite having such a large company and the money for a decent translator. Dissapointed, spent 100+ euros for such a poor service and customer support. I paid before my package arrived, they probably saw the money and couldn't care less about the delivery. Absolutely dissapointed. Waiting for my 3D printer, but I'm not sure if I'll order from this site again. I plan on ordering new filament from a different website.
Update July 2025: Yes, I got my 3D printer in the end, but with a lotttt of delay. The delivery company was as awful as this website when it comes to being punctual.
I bought their Ender V3 series in October 2024 and the machine broke down within 3 months.
Since January 2025 their overseas based customer service has been writing to me about changing parts and components and even after 6 months they are not willing to take it back or give a refund.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!
They are not reliable and trust worthy!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE IN THE UK!
They do not have a service in this country and its a horrible customer service! I have been cheated!
If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have!
STAY AWAY!
Placed an order thinking it would be shipped from a US warehouse. WRONG. Order is taking twice as long than thought. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew that
Creality 3D Printers are an absolute nightmare — unreliable, prone to failure, and often break down shortly after purchase. What’s even more frustrating is the shockingly poor customer service that offers little to no real support when you need it most.
I personally invested in two printers: the Ender 3 V3 SE and the K1 Speedy. Sadly, both have proven to be terrible choices. The K1 Speedy, despite being the more expensive model, is by far the worst offender. Its flawed design causes constant mechanical failures during normal use — breakages so frequent and inherent to its build that maintaining the printer feels like an uphill battle you’re destined to lose.
The engineering behind these printers is downright disappointing. It’s painfully clear that manufacturers prioritize making the initial sale over delivering quality or building any lasting relationship with their customers. Lifetime value seems to be an afterthought, sacrificed for quick profits.
These issues aren’t accidental; they’re baked into the product. It’s infuriating to own a machine that’s designed to fail, forcing you into a cycle of endless repairs and frustration rather than reliable, enjoyable use.
Two Faulty Reels, Poor Quality Control, and Weak Support from Creality
Two Faulty Reels, Poor Quality Control, and Weak Support from Creality
I bought a filament reel for around £17 from Creality’s official Amazon store. The first reel was faulty — the filament wasn’t wound correctly and constantly snagged during prints. Creality replaced it the first time, which I appreciated.
But then the replacement reel had the exact same issue. This clearly points to a quality control problem on their end.
Instead of replacing the second faulty reel, they offered me a €10 voucher to use on their official store — where the same reel costs £29.96. After I complained, they increased it to £15, but that still leaves me out of pocket for a product that’s defective again.
Why should I pay extra to replace a replacement that also doesn’t work?
Support responses were slow, copy-pasted, and more focused on pushing store credit than actually solving the issue. I expected better from Creality, especially when buying directly from their official Amazon store.
Disappointed all around. I won’t be buying from Creality again, and I’d advise others to be cautious — if something goes wrong, don’t expect real help.
Refund took ages, but constant support updates really helped
I bought an Ender V3 in May, immediately had second thoughts and tried to cancel via email about 20mins later. They don't have a simple cancellation option on the website so it's a bit of a pain. After 1hr no reply I tried to cancel via the web chat on the store. Apparently 1hr after ordering was too late and the printer was already due for dispatch! Mad.
The only option I had was to wait for the printer to be delivered and then to refuse it at my door, which I did. DPD then stopped updating any tracking, meanwhile Creality was avoiding sending a refund until the printer was back in their warehouse. Since the printer was never in my care, I knew consumer rights meant that the refund did need to come my way eventually.
The support was actually really good and would keep following up every so often to let us know they were still trying to track down the package. After a month of waiting however I was over it, and mentioned that a chargeback or the ombudsman might have to be involved soon. After this mild threat, support escalated it to a manager and my refund was back in my account a few days later, with another support message checking I'd received it.
So overall, terrible ordering / cancellation / return experience, but generally a really responsive support who proactively reached out to me often.
