Buyer Beware! This is a China company that does not stand behind their product. I ordered 2 pair sz small in 2 colors for Christmas. They sent me 2 sz XXS & in the same green color, (I had ordered red & blue). When I wrote & told them of the mix up trying to return or exchange, they said these were now on sale & they do not return or exchange sale items. Unwearable for me. Now I am stuck with two ugly green shorts that I spent over $60 in, (more with shipping) that I have no use for. Worst company I’ve ever used. Slow to respond because they had no intention of making good on this sale. I think they purposely sent these to rid themselves of unused stock. These are so tiny in size (I’m only 98 lbs & can’t wear them) that they look like a little girls shorts. I’d give them zero stars if I could! I will tell everyone I know about this crooked company. I hate shopping online, you always lose. 😕👎🏼
Many bad reviews here, which I think are linked to the delivery service/delays. Because it comes from China it takes a LONG time to get here. To the point that I almost gave up on it altogether and thought I may have been scammed. But the shorts did get there and they're my comfiest pair of shorts by far, before my pair from Gymshark and my one from Aybl. The fit is very flattering and the material super buttery. So I'd say it was worth the wait, but yeah, don't purchase it in a hurry.
Stay away. Terrible customer service. Totally non responsive to requests for return labels - which is their suggested process. I will miss my return window and they won’t refund me. Maybe that was intended… and they never really want to give anyone their money back. Very disappointing!

They said on their website you can return products to them within 30days by emailing to their customer service first. By the time you received their products from China, 14 days have already gone. Then you email to their customer services, no response at all. So it is IMPOSSIBLE to return anything to them, let alone a return.
This shifty company should be banned from importing any products to the rest of the world.
I order the Hugged Feeling Compression Leggings Length 25inch in Chilli Red on10th December they were shipped the 11th and received 17th December. Excellent considering shipped from China to Scotland!! I am size 6 in Lululemon and a Small in Sweaty Betty so I ordered a small and they are a perfect fit. Lovely soft feeling, definitely squat proof and gorgeous colour. There are a lot of negative reviews about this company but I have no complaints. If you are confident in your sizing you won't be disappointed and won't have to try and return or exchange.
I've ordered twice and both times order was correct. I love the quality and colour of it. I ordered the butter luxe leggings with double seam and it's like a second skin. I also ordered shorts and sports bra. Looking to order more things like jumpers if they make "Heather Grey". I have emailed them a few times to ask questions and they always respond albeit a little longer since they are based in HK. I also made some comments/critiques about their "sales" for Canada side don't match US side and we often have a worse sale or less items on sale. They also keep raising their prices which is annoying, I literally have sports bras from them when they were a nobody company off amazon for $18 and now they are selling sports bras for $42 or whatever. If I am a loyal long standing customer I expect better. If you concerned with returns etc just buy off Amazon but you won't get their discount like when you do when you buy direct off their website.

I’ve bought 2 orders from these guys, first order was spot on. Second lot of yoga pants only 1 pants i had issues with, the maroon colour online was a beautiful rich colour but what I got was a very different tone of maroon, wasn’t impressed but it still felt amazing.
I accepted the fact that sometimes you don’t always get exactly what you see, but just a heads up for everyone. Its a hit at miss and these cheap prices.
Received item with seems that are not straight. It is is visible and it feels and looks completely off center. Contacted support, was promised to receive the replacement and it never came. While some items was fine, their return process is non existent.
Avoid This Company – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Frustrating Experience
I ordered 8 items from this online store, and every single one arrived damaged, with clear dye stains. To make matters worse, the sizing was completely wrong. I reported the issues right away, but the company’s response was appalling.
Their first reaction was to flat-out deny the dye stains, claiming they were just creases. It was obvious this was a blatant attempt to avoid responsibility. After some back-and-forth, they grudgingly offered a 50% refund for a few of the items, but this entire process dragged on for 17 emails, each one filled with more excuses and dishonesty.
Once they finally agreed to a refund, they demanded that I pay for return shipping—this after sending me damaged goods in the first place! I paid the return shipping as instructed, only to discover that they would only refund shipping costs via PayPal and refuse to reimburse my card. This is yet another dishonest tactic to make it as difficult as possible to get my money back.
Dealing with this company has been nothing short of street haggling with a crook. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely ruthless in how they handle customer complaints. Their refusal to take responsibility for their poor-quality products and their manipulation around refunds is appalling.
**Avoid this company at all costs.** The products are terrible, the customer service is dishonest, and the entire experience is a waste of time and money. Save yourself the frustration.
After 2 initially good experiences, I spent big with them with multiple yoga pants order. I ordered my size but they shipped one size too big. When asked about returns, they admitted no fault for their error and refused to discuss returns. I am stuck with yoga pants that are too big for me and useless because they roll down. Utterly useless. I will not shop with them again.
The positives - the leggings and sports bra a great quality and I love them. I like that most leggings including flares come in different lengths which is perfect for a shorty!
The negatives - the delivery did take forever as it was shipped from china. But the tracking was pretty good.
The returns as many described is a bit ridiculous.... customer service tries to make loads of different offers to stop you returning.
The returns experience
Once you finally get them to give you a return address (mine was a random residential address),I used Evri with tracking to post it. They did afterwards request the weight, date and place if postage but I pushed back as the date and place of postage was on the tracking I provided and the weight I pushed back on. I tracked the parcel and saw proof of delivery. My refund was processed the next working day so I can't really complain.
I never usually write reviews but this company made me so angry! They have the most absurd returns process in the world. If you are not 1000% sure you want the product do not purchase from here. You have to battle at every stage - it takes about 5 emails to get to being given the address to return to. You will be offered a series of ridiculous deals before they will finally let you do what you wanted. Then if you do finally manage to do the return (NB they offer no help with labels etc and make sure you keep the receipt) you will have to chase them to action it and pay you. The whole process is completely ridiculous and just trying to not pay you back for your purchase.
The worst experience ever. I have bought 4 items, 2 out of them fit me, other 2 were not the best quality/weird sizing. They have no online return system, so I had to email them with a request. And then they try to sell you more stuff and keep offering options in order not to proceed, after 4 emails back and forth they said I have to arrange my own return which I did. I emailed them tracking no of Evri, but they are still not happy and want post office address, date and time its been posted! Nightmare! Such a shit service!
I have several CRZ Yoga items and each of them are such good quality and wash well. They are even better than some of the bigger names that charge more money. The customer service was brilliant when I needed to change a size. I will continue ordering! Thank you.
