Butterluxe bra and naked feel strapped bra are amazing, butterluxe feels alot more durable and holds well, the naked feel strapped bra is nice on but I'm reluctant to wear it to CrossFit as I feel it might not live through burpees and all the vigorous stuff, but both are great. Butterluxe and nakedfeel leggings are beautiful to wear, they don't fall during intensive workouts maybe the waist drops a little with all the burpees etc. the stitching came loose at the back on the first wear which was a letdown but hey overall size, feel and look are amazing, despite the one mishap, ill buy more!
I don’t understand all the negative reviews tbh. So far I placed about 5 - 6 orders, all the items arrived and every time I ordered I used a discount code. Surely since the items are made in China and shipped to the UK (tracked all the way) it shouldn’t be a surprise that it takes a little while. I ordered the nakedfeel range and love the material, since I didn’t know my sizing that well for CRZ I got shorts a tad too big, when I contacted to return I was offered to keep them and get send a free pair of my choosing. To me it’s a win/win. The free shorts arrived in the size and colour I wanted and the ones that are slightly too big I can give away to my running buddy. Even if you don’t want to give them away you could always use a second hand selling platform. I definitely stick with this brand, so much cheaper than the super expensive brand I used to buy from second hand and I think they are just as good if not better, the sports bras are better sizing for me. I haven’t tried the other materials yet since I like the cool, silky smooth naked feeling, I usually get really hot when I’m running. I’ve been running for 14 years now and have tried tons of different running clothes. You might want to size down for the shorts.
Ordered and delivery took awhile to come,as it’s coming from China. Refund process was a big pain they tried to negotiate with me about 3x, offering discounts, they are slow to reply . After finally getting the return label which I have have to pay for return shipping they gave me an address to return to and for a month I have not received my refund. I contacted customer service,still no reply at this point if I don’t hear back after another month I’m going to report them and get my refund from PayPal
Won't refund items. I've lost over £100 of returns. They tried to questions how many items I wanted to return, then tried to offer me 50% off the items that I wanted returning, then when I FINALLY got the address to send to, it's been two months and no money. The leggings that I kept don't wash well and are too baggy. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. STAY AWAY
Ordered 2 pairs of maternity leggings for my partner. Meant to take 4-10 days. They have been sat in china for well over a week. I hope the quality isn’t as rubbish as the other reviews say if they do eventually turn up. Won’t be buying from here again!
I've been a loyal customer of CRZ Yoga and have ordered from their site more than 15 times since 2020. I was always happy with the customer service but the way they're suddenly making it hard for me to return an item from my latest order is very off-putting. With all my earlier orders I only had to send an email to the support saying that I want to return something and they immediately (usually on the same day) replied with the return address. This time it took them 3 days to even reply to me, and instead of a return address they offered me a 30% discount on the item "to avoid the hassle of a return". I replied that I don't want to keep the item. Another 3 days later they replied and offered that instead of returning, I can choose a new item for free. This discussion is way bigger of a "hassle" than a return would've been. After reading the other reviews, I am now worried I wouldn't even get my money back even if I somehow got them to accept my wish, so I guess I will take them up on their offer of a "free" item, but only buy their clothes on Amazon from now on.

Don’t believe the hype. The tights are not good quality dupes for Lululemon… regardless at least with lulu you receive exceptional customer service and you know what you’re getting, and I say that as someone who is by no means obsessed with Lululemon either. I ordered per their size chart and the items were too big. Their returns policy says to simply email them to arrange to send items back for a refund - if only it were that simple. I requested a return and they emailed me back offering me to keep the items for a 30% discount and suggested to gift them to family/friends? I reiterated I would like to return the items for a full refund as I already ordered/received the item I wanted in my size and had no one to gift the others them to. They replied, saying they’ll send me out an item in my correct size free of charge if I keep the other items and don’t send them back for a refund. I just want a refund as I have no use for items that don’t fit me. I regret ordering it’s already far more work than any money saved from ordering a “dupe” is worth. Would not recommend.
I needed to return a pair of leggings and its impossible. You have to contact them and wait for a returns label, which never arrives. So disappointing, as the leggings are nice. But customer service is shocking.
If I could give this company no stars I would. After placing an order on their website, I waited almost 2 weeks for it to dispatch. Once it finally dispatched the carrier couldn't deliver the parcel to my property for some unknown reason. I have sent countless emails to the company asking for help. I spent almost £60 on clothing which I haven't received and now they just ignore my emails. The last email I received told me it was my problem and I would have to speak to the carrier, which I have done, and who are returning the parcel to the seller. They refuse to take ownership when something goes wrong, clearly just want your money, and don't really care about their customers. Don't bother ladies!
I love love LOVE butterluxe leggings. They aren’t necessarily compressive, so if that’s something you’re wanting I might not recommend these to you. BUT they are so comfy for days out, relaxing at home, errands, you name it! I’ve never had aligns but heard they were similar, and from these leggings I have no desire to ever purchase aligns because I’m obsessed!! I will absolutely be purchasing more pairs! A little note: the “smart” size chart said I should get an XL based on the information I typed into it, but I’m always a medium so I got medium and they fit perfectly with room to spare! So just think on that if you’re using that size chart function! I ordered what was called “hunter green” at the time and then they showed up and look slightly navy to me? Still love them and will wear them, but food for thought!
I have bought CRZ Yoga leggings from their Amazon Storefront previously which were delivered quickly. However, ordering from the website is a whole other story. I ordered two pairs of shorts and one sports bra. That was 21 days ago. Delivery is supposed to take between 7-10 working days. And still no movement on the order tracking page. I will definitely be looking for a refund if my package doesn't arrive this week. AVOID ordering directly from their website. Amazon is definitely safer.

The items I ordered were fine, good quality but they were too big. I tried to organise an exchange. Nothing happened. I finally got a return address in Victoria from the support email and decided to get refund as communication was hard work. I returned the items, tracking advised items delivered weeks ago and no refund, nothing. I'm now going to contact my bank to recoup the money, as Crz have my money and items.
Literally the worst customer service EVER. Expedited an order for an upcoming race. The items didn't arrive in time, even after paying the extra shipping. Then, when I DID receive them, they sent the wrong pair of shorts. I contacted customer service via email, because naturally they don't have a phone number, waited days for their help, they hardly understood, made me send a plethora of photos to prove they sent the wrong pair, EVEN THOUGH their shipping information and my order information are completely different product numbers. THEN, they agreed to send me the 'right' shorts. Except, they didn't. They sent the SAME EXACT WRONG PAIR AGAIN. Waste of money. Waste of my time fighting with customer service via email who barely speaks English. Absolutely do not recommend this product unless you order through Amazon so that you can actually speak with a human being on the phone if you have an issue.
I have bought several items from Crz Yoga, mainly leggings, and I have always been surprised with the great quality of the materials and the fitting. The have a very large variety of colours to choose from and they offer free delivery. When I have had any problems, customer support is very easily reachable, and they are very responsive trying to solve your issue in the best and most comfortable way possible!
I ordered a pair of yoga pants & after wearing them for a walk, developed an intense itchy rash on my thighs with raised red wheals. I had to take strong antihistamines & even then, they didn’t subside for a few days. Needless to say I contacted their customer service to arrange a return & was asked to send photos. After doing this, nothing more has been heard from them to date. I have been basically fobbed off. In these days of growing awareness about the toxic dyes & chemicals used in making our clothing we all need to be aware & careful. I regret ever trusting this brand & hope this review helps someone. Even if you personally do not notice any reaction it doesn’t mean your skin isn’t being exposed to or absorbing a potentially harmful substance & you never know what long term effects it might have. Beware.
