I had a very disappointing experience with CRZ Yoga. I carefully measured myself and ordered leggings in a medium according to their size chart. When they arrived, they fit like an extra small. I contacted the company to request an exchange, but they told me my order was “final sale.” At no point during checkout or in my order summary was this made clear, which makes their policy misleading and unfair.
What’s worse, instead of working with me to resolve the issue, CRZ Yoga actually suggested that I “gift the items that do not fit to friends or family members” and then purchase the correct size again before their promotion ended. In other words, their solution to inaccurate sizing was for me to spend even more money with them.
This is an unacceptable business practice. Their sizing guide is inaccurate, their “final sale” terms are unclear, and their customer service is dismissive. I have filed a dispute with my bank and strongly caution others against buying from this company.
Never had such a bad experience with a company. My parcel was misdelivered by Amazon Logistics and neither company has been able to provide proof of where it has actually gone. I’ve been pressing CRZ Yoga for a refund and so far got nowhere. The company seem to have no knowledge of UK consumer legislation.
Update: I raised a dispute with PayPal and won, thankfully. I am now looking at reporting CRZ Yoga to Trading Standards.
Great products, disgusting customer service. It claims easy return process. I ordered 3 leggings, tried one on, didnt fit so started return process. First they tried to make me keep them offering a discount, I rejected, they offered more. I rejected and returned. It took ages to give them correctly info but once I did they ignored me. When I queried they said I must have missed a junk email. I checked, I didnt. They said the goods were worn and damaged beyond resale and had been destroyed therefore no refund. Its taken a lot of emails and I wanted to go through Retail ADR process but am too stressed. They finally gave me 70% refund which is not fair and it's am bored of their replies. They are money grabbing and fraudulent, basically blaming customer. They have no customer care and it have never experienced this. You have to try clothes on, they were not damaged and I wish i had taken photos as i cannot prove, but neither can they as they destroyed them...handy!! Just awful and i hope reputationally they are damaged. Don't trust them, if returning g something take photos and get evidence as i hope someone takes them to an ombudsman. You would also think ethically they would give clothes to charity instead of destroying. Thousands struggling and im sure they wouldn't care if someone tried them on once.
Crzyoga appears to send only 1/2 the order. More than one order has been shipped in multiple packages and only one package gets delivered. And then it's a series of emails: Do you still want the item (Yes) Please confirm your address (it's the same as you sent to last time) etc. It appears part of their business model is to scam you out of 1/2 your order and hope your forget and don't follow up. Avoid, avoid avoid.
Tried to return the items. Sent them back using the return label provided.
The address 1. Won't accept deliveries 2. Won't pick up from the depot. So now the return is being sent back to me.
Ive had to open a paypal claim to try and get the refund. Dodgy! Buyer beware!
I have to disagree with the negative reviews as I popped an order through yesterday and received it the following day. All be it I only order the sports bras but the quality was great and just what I hoped for.
I ordered Butterluxe leggings direct from website - not cheap - thought it was taking a long time so I went into my confirmation email and tried to track - said that they were still waiting for tracking information to be uploaded. I waited a couple more days and then contacted CRZ direct. They said that the order had been delivered on 7th July into the letterbox. It definitely had NOT been delivered to me. I asked them to look into it. They said that AMAZON LOGISTICS had delivered to my letterbox and they were not going to give any compensation - end of email. I said that I was CRZ customer NOT Amazon Logistics customer and that they had a duty of care to me as their customer to provide the goods that I had paid for or a refund - I actually don't want the money back but I do want the leggings. There is just no customer service, no way of proving which letterbox these were delivered to because they say they don't take photos or ask for signatures. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I don't know where I stand now - I don't want them delivered to the wrong address again - very very very poor - can't believe they can get away with it. Rogue Traders here I come!
I bought 10 different style’s of tops and shorts, I loved all of them. The quality and fit is amazing. After reading the reviews on here I was very concerned about receiving them but my items were sent via Royal Mail and only took 3 days to arrive. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you to Katrina who was very reassuring and professional.
I’ve bought several options including leggings, sports bra and UPF tops. I love the leggings and the top - will definitely buy again. I’ve been telling my gym friends about it too!
Customer service were brilliant and offered me good options when it came to returns. Everything arrived quickly, well packaged and as described.
SCAM COMPANY!! As others have noted, you ask to return and have to jump through hoops to get the return address that you then pay for returning. You return items in perfect condition, and they pretend they arrived back damaged and need to be destroyed to avoid giving you your refund. Completely fraudulent company!! If you want to buy crz, buy via amazon directly, where you are covered by free returns and customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! They are scam artists based in Hong Kong, and will not refund you if you get the wrong size and need to send anything back!!! I really wish I read reviews first and never ordered from them! It has been a horrible experience from the start and I regret ordering massively!!
Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Package apparently delivered 13th June - I was at home all day and nobody tried to deliver. There is no proof of delivery, calling card or GPS location. CRZ won't refund or escalate with the shipping company unless I can prove the package WAS NOT delivered. Paypal dispute raised and will be reported to Trading Standards. An absolute scam.
DO NOT USE- you Shockingly awful experience from start to finish, poor quality, poor fit, slow returns, slow customer service, would not refund all items despite them being sent back in perfect condition- lost out big time and regret ever ordering from here and will not order ever again

I recently made my first purchase with CRZ Yoga. I loved the feel and fit of the items. Needless to say, I was making my 2nd purchase within days. The service was amazing, and delivery was exceptionally fast.
Fasted shipping I think I've ever experienced to be honest, my order was confirmed on the 8th of June and I received it today 10th of June!!
Only thing I will warn is the colours are actually darker in real life then in the photos so just keep that in mind.
AVOID THIS CRZYOGA STORE , they are thieves. I order 2 pairs of pant , when they arrived we tried on and take it off put it back in the bags for return cause the size are too big . Brand new , still have tags,. Been carefully packed for return . Over a week after the return items arrived at there place , we received an email said the items are damaged and have to be destroyed so they only refund 60%

Avoid this company. I ordered two pairs of leggings and received defective products. One pair had the pocket stitched completely shut — I couldn’t even open it or put anything inside. The second pair was horribly designed, revealing an unflattering front shape (camel toe).
I contacted customer service, but they never replied to my email. Please avoid ordering directly from their website at all costs. While the prices may seem better than Amazon, the quality is terrible and customer service is non-existent.

Horrible so horrible I order two items both of them are use smell horrible try to email them they kept annoying me telling me that send pictures I have been sending pictures in top of pictures I dispute my transaction with my bank account I paid full price for the item they don't want to send me a return label. and I regret that I order from them will never order again
