The Return policy is terrible! The customer service also is just as bad. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. You can order CRZ off Amazon if you really want and return with no issues but if you order off CRZ site it’s a nightmare the lady I have been dealing with Lily, is very rude and unprofessional and I have copies of all our chats. I ordered two pairs of sweats because I didn’t know my size and the sizing is off so much because I couldn’t even lift up the medium and I’m normally a small maybe a medium they wanted me to keep my two pants even though they did not fit me and they would send me a different pair of pants for no cost? But they won’t return these and give me a return label? It makes no sense. The reviews are terrible on Google and trust pilot so if you want to deal with this then you will continue to order their stuff. This is not how a business should operate.
The return process is TERRIBLE! If you want to try them, order from amazon b/c they offer free returns there, but if you order directly, you have to jump through a dozen hoops to try and get any of your money back. Such a bad experience with them.
Not even worth a star! First timer. Bought 5 pcs from them and only sent 4 pcs. Emailed them and ask if I have any video of me unboxing the parcel. Disregards my order and told me they cannot help me with the missing items. Poor service and waste my time talking to them. Think twice before you make any purchase with them!
I ordered from Crzyoga Spain, thinking it would ship from Spain it was not and shipped from China. It took 33 days which I do understand takes longer, except I thought it was shipping from Spain. I had to track it all the way only to find out it was delivered, but not to me. I have asked the neighbours, and no one has received it, and I live in a building where everyone helps each other with packages if we aren't home. I have sent numerous email's without a single response and the courier is just as bad. I am now going to dispute the charge and hope that I can get my money back. DON'T ORDER FROM ANY OF THEIR SITES.
I'm also wondering the "Supposedly good reviews" that are posted here has got to be fake, with so many bad ones they are saying they are the exceptional who got their packages and good customer service? NO F*&ing WAY!!!
I ordered the wrong leg size, so I contacted customer support and unexpectedly received three options shown below. I took option 3. So I got the correct size at no additional cost. Below is what they said:
Option 1: Return at your expense
Option 2: keep the Item we will refund you 30% of the purchase price. You do not need to return the items to us.
Option 3: We will resend any item to the same value as the original purchase; there is no need to return the original items. You can choose 1 item in a different style or size for free.
I wish more online shops were as helpful and caring as CRZ Yoga. I will certainly use them again, as the product quality is good, and if this is their standard of customer service, CRZ Yoga is unbeatable.
I placed my CRZ Yoga order on Jan 22, 2026 and received it on Jan 30—only 8 days, which is impressive considering it shipped from Hong Kong. I’m very happy with both the quality and fit, especially for the price.
I ordered the Butterluxe Built-in Bra Scoop Neck Tank in a size L (I’m usually a M but prefer a slightly looser fit), and the Butterluxe 5” Pocket Yoga Shorts in a M. Everything fits perfectly and I’d say the sizing is true to size. I was a little nervous about the returns process in case these items did not fit or not what I expected, as I did read some negative reviews about their return policy. I took the chance and was pleasantly surprised!
This will definitely be my new go-to yoga store instead of Lululemon.
Honestly, some of their clothes are good, but exchange is so difficult and canny that it's not worth it.
Ok guys, if you want to order, order just one item and not several. Because they give you some sort of canny options of replacement.
If you send it back, it costs you shipping costs, and to get the address from them is very difficult.
I ordered 4 bras. One was perfect. Two others were completely bad quality, very lose, inside material is polyester mesh when it's not mentioned on the site. Doesn't feel good to wear. One of them was supposed to be pink and was violet instead.
The 4th item, was very dirty looking tie dye.
I wanted to return 3 items.
So they gave me some canny options:
Save items and get 30% refund.
Get replacement items (for only 2 items and suck it up on the 3rd)
Or return them on my expense to china.
That took also weeks to get that information.
Thank you, your return policy is such that i wont buy from you again and wont recommend anyone.

They try to override your UK consumer rights. Please be aware if CRZ Yoga labels something “final sale”, that cannot legally stop you returning it for a refund within the 14-day distance selling period. That rule is statutory and cannot be overridden by a term in their policy.
I wanted a refund some leggings I had bought for a Christmas present. They didn’t fit.
I was told as I bought them more than 30days before they couldn’t refund or exchange them.
I had a good experience with this company, I bought 3 pairs of leggings, but I ordered a small thinking it was a size 8 and they were too big. When I requested an exchange/ return. They offered to Send me 2 new pairs in size xs for free and free postage as they don’t do free returns. I was happy with this solution and now wear the size s on my very bloated days.
I would give zero stars if that were possible. My experience with this company began in May 2025, when I ordered several items that were allegedly delivered to an incorrect address. Despite this, I was required to send multiple emails, documents, and photographs to prove that I had not received the parcel.
After initiating a chargeback with my bank, the company stated that the items would be resent if I withdrew the chargeback. I did so in good faith; however, I received neither replacement items nor a refund. The company now claims that a refund was issued, which is demonstrably untrue. At this point, I have neither the goods nor my money.
This experience reflects extremely poor business practices and a complete failure of customer service. I strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.
This company is the biggest scam I have ever dealt with. They advertise returns but make the returns process so hard that it is almost impossible (they require postage receipt within three days, cannot accept a prepaid label) and then the package never actually registers as delivered back to the warehouse. After following up they told me all of my seven items were damaged beyond repair (there was absolutely nothing wrong) and had to be destroyed and refused my refund. STAY FAR AWAY!!
Poor quality, poor customer service. I won't do business with them again. I had to open a dispute against them with my credit card company to get my money back for a return. Definitely don't use Paypal when buying them. Paypal will side with CRZ even when you show the postal tracking confirmation and the approval and return instructions from CRZ.
It’s really discouraging, while the brand itself is nice and their clothing is pretty, the customer service is absolutely horrific. They sent me a damaged shirt, and when I kindly asked for a replacement, they gave me the run around. Indicating that it was a fold in my shirt or just offering a 30% refund. I even had photo evidence. It’s really made me rethink shopping there and I was a very loyal and respectful customer.
Con artists. Dont buy from them unless you are 100% sure you know what you are buying. I didnt try on 50% of my order and they 'burned' the items and I didnt get a full refund. They also claim you have three days to return goods- you don't according to the UK consumer law. The don't respond to my emails or offer me evidence of damaged items. Also, medium is so large you have to be a UK12 and very tall.

I placed an order and part of the order arrived with all 6 correct items, the remaining order 2 blue tanks (they sent gray in a different style) and i have been fighting with their customer service to correct the order - either refund or send me what i ordered and tell me how to return the wrong items. i have been looping in email hell, as they continue to ask i send photos (i have 3 times) and they are trying to make it MY fault. CRZYoga is not an honest business - which is too bad because the product is great - i am so disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
