They claimed 4 out of the 7 items that I returned were damaged (they were in unworn and in perfect condition). They couldn’t provide me with any evidence of this and claimed the items had “been destroyed” which was quite clearly false because who destroys brand new, unworn clothing. I did get a hold of customer service but only managed to get a partial 60% refund which is better than nothing but still a huge loss.
The clothes I did keep were good so if you don’t plan on returning anything it’s ok.
Never order from them again.. ordered two sizes small and xs...decided to keep one and they clearly dont want to accept a return...clearly not getting back to you within 30 days. What company do you have to email to ask for a return. Be warned
I actually like the product, but ordered 4 and one I need different size. It's been days since reaching out to CS and I have yet to get a response. Will dispute the charge if I don't hear back from them within a week! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD PANTS!
The worst customer service ever! I have never dealt with such worthless people in my life before. The item never arrived, It was shipped to a wrong address and I can't find neither get a refund. I just lost 80 pounds because of their dishonesty and careless customer service. I can't understand how companies like that keep going if they can't provide a good service! Will never recommend them to anyone and will always spread a bad message about them.
I ordered the following: Secretsculpt™ No Front Seam Shorts, Softretch No Front Seam Flare Legging 33" and Secretsculpt™ No Front Seam Legging 28''. Delivery took 9 days from Ireland. I rarely leave reviews but just had to as these are just fab! I usually purchase other brands that are much more expensive but these fit so much better. Especially for taller women like myself. Super comfy and flattering. Will be recommending to all my friends.
I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and their inability to send my items to the correct address. I am now out almost $300 because of customer services incompetence. I recommend that you never purchased from them. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
Avoid CRZ Yoga: Flawed fit and an impossible, costly return process
I fell for the social media hype and low prices, but the quality was a massive letdown. The shorts have a terrible cut with strange seam placement that causes unflattering, awkward bunching in the front—an issue I have never experienced with any other activewear brand. They are completely unwearable.
Their advertised "30-day money-back guarantee" is practically unusable in Europe:
Customer pays return costs: You are forced to cover return shipping and customs declarations yourself.
UK return warehouse: Even for EU orders, the return destination is the UK, making shipping fees almost as expensive as the item itself.
Absurd requirements: They demand multiple photos before even approving a return, including a package on a scale showing weight, a photo showing label attached to the package, a photo of the post office receipt showing return weight and tracking number.
The entire process feels deliberately designed to frustrate customers into giving up. Don’t waste your money—spend a little extra with a reputable brand that stands behind their products and offers reasonable returns.
Absolutely dire customer service, which is a shame a some of the products seem to be decent. But sadly one item was delivered with faulty, damaged fabric and another virtually see-through contrary to product photos. Customer service claimed these faults were just creases, asked for excessive photos and a byzantine return process I had to pay for. Sizing is also odd. Still don't have a refund and they stopped answering my emails. Avoid.
I would give minus stars if I could, I have been waiting over a month with no sign of my order, they will not refund me and keep asking me to wait. I have opened a case with PayPal but honestly avoud this company if you can!!
Package not delivered and refund refused. They told me to go knocking door to door around my area to try and find it. Claimed the money back off my credit card company and they are battling that to the death. Utter scam avoid at all costs.
I made a big order and made sure that they do returns if the item didn't fit. I emailed their return email, and they emailed me back with an offer of a refund of 30%, and I keep it, or I pay for the return. They also added that the 'offer' was only good for 7 days. Unfortunately, I was on vacation out of the country, and now they will not email me back when I asked for their return address. I have emailed them several times with no response. Nowhere on their website does it say that returns have to be accepted within 7 days. Now I am stuck with some clothes that do not fit. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

They refuse to issue refunds even when returned items were sent to them. I ordered before but didn’t need to return items so it was all good. Their running of business is not legitimate
I do like their products but their return process is excessive and cumbersome, requesting multiple photos to be sent to them as evidence of return:
* According to the return policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
* ⚠️ After shipping, please provide the following three clear photos to process your refund faster (also allow us to handle any unexpected issues promptly).
1. Shipping label photo – The label attached to the package
2 .Package weight photo – The package on a scale showing its weight
3. Post office receipt – include return weight and tracking number
* Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
I purchased pants that were too small for me which I didn’t know would be the case as I went off the reviews and many said to size down. They were not on final sale because I have a receipt. When I asked for a refund they said it’s final sale and sent me a generated receipt, not the one with my name on it which I had. I asked for at least an exchange. For a week now I’m going back and forth and I think there’s a language barrier with the staff. Their refund policy states items can be returned if they don’t fit. The issue is they won’t let me. They asked me to donate the pants to friends and family. This is bizarre and unethical. Stay away from this brand!
I recently purchased two garments in two separate orders. I understood that both garments were from the same line and that the colour was described as Deep Red.
Unfortunately, the two garments are different shades of red, so I am unable to wear them as a matching top and bottom.
Well designed sports wear, I love it. Such good value and better feel, design and quality than much more well known brands. I have purchased items all through Amazon so no customer service problems.
I ordered some bathingsuit bottoms because the style looked nice and some online reviews praised the quality. I didn't realize the items would ship straight from China (I'm in Canada) so shipping took a while. When they arrived the item seemed really good quality but the seam down the middle unfortunately just instantly creates a serious camel toe so these are no good for me. The 30 day money back return policy is a joke because the customer is required to cover shipping, customs, etc etc so you'll lose your money anyway. I will avoid this company in the future.
