Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the alternative clothing items feature wonderful fabrics, clean stitching, and beautiful little details that truly exceed expectations. Shoppers are also consistently delighted by the exceptionally responsive customer service team and the smooth, reliable delivery process for international orders. Buyers happily note that gorgeous dresses and outfits look exactly like the online photos and fit wonderfully for various special events. Some reviewers were not happy with delivery times, mentioning that standard shipping occasionally took a little longer than initially expected and that carrier services could sometimes feel slow.

小心

Beware. If you need to return the item that you bought on DarkinCloset website, they will give you a hard time. After countless emails back and forth they finally gave us the shipping address to ship the item back. Not only that we have to ship the item back to China and pay for the international shipping fee, which is $35 from the US for just a skirt, they also asked us to lie about the value of the item so that nobody has to pay the custom tax. Then once they received our item they won’t give us a full refund because they said their shipping fee was $24 instead of the $9.99 shipping fee that they already charged us. So they will deduct additional shipping fee out of the price that we paid for the item. Steer clear of this company! Plenty of other companies provide the same quality item that includes free shipping and return!

Great quality

Very good quality product and friendly and helpful customer service; even though the skirt I ordered was initially out of stock, they emailed me shortly after I placed my order asking if I wanted a different size now or the one I ordered at a slightly later date; I chose the latter option and it arrived much sooner than expected; also the delivery tracking works well.

他们根本不退款！！！！

I am really upset with this company! I advise everyone NOT to buy from them, I had ordered a rather expensive jacket, but they didn't have my size. But they would not return my money. They kept offering me "deals" on other items or store credit. I didn't want another item or store credit. Then they said they would refund it in 5 -7 business days. Didn't do that, either, and then never heard from them. I had to open a dispute with Paypal to finally get my money back. It took over a month! I do NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from this company!

The dress i ordered was STUNNING

The dress i ordered was STUNNING! Im 7 months pregnant and never thought I’d find a dress that would make me feel so good. The customer service was super attentive, and I got my package in maybe 4 days. Faster than Amazon. I also got a coupon code for an item that wasn’t in stock so I can pick out a new one. Overall very happy with my experience. I would recommend this store and I will buy from them again!

Stunning Jacket & Amazing Shopping Experience!

I recently purchased the Pentagramme Black Gothic Palace Style Long Jacket from Darkincloset, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the product and my shopping experience! The jacket itself is a perfect mix of elegance and gothic style, with high-quality fabric and exquisite detailing. It’s comfortable, drapes beautifully, and the pentagram accents add an extra touch of uniqueness that I love. It’s perfect for dressing up for events or just adding some dark sophistication to my daily wardrobe. I’ve received countless compliments already! As for Darkincloset, I couldn’t be happier with their service. The website was easy to navigate, and I had no issues finding what I wanted. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout. My jacket arrived sooner than expected, and the packaging was excellent, ensuring the jacket arrived in perfect condition. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Darkincloset to anyone looking for high-quality gothic fashion. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Wouldn't refund for item they didn't send

Update to my previous review: I had to open a Paypal dispute that escalated and was decided in my favor because the seller didn't even respond. So let that sink in, they told me they would refund me for the item that they never sent and then ghosted me. Luckily I paid with Paypal and got my money back. Please stay away from this shop, don't let the fake reviews and countless "influencer posts" fool you. They will take your money and then ignore you.
