One of the worst post paid service provider. I cancelled my line to go for other service provider and Digi rejected 3 times and refuse to let go my line. When called the service provider said we did not responsd within 2 hours but in actual fact we responded within 3 minutes from time if receive message! Very very very frustrating!
I’m facing “no internet” connection issue. Ticket has been logged on 18 April 2024. Until now still not resolve and no update from CelcomDigi. FYI, this is the 6 times happen since January 2024. Very disappointed with their service.
I call them 3 time this week, still can't fix my internet problem. lying that technician going to help me but guess what? nothing at all
Bad. So hard to contact digi. Request for past statement , follow all the procedure and took me 1 whole week then only give me 1 short answer and say" we dont provide statement for it" and close my case.

Worst experiece at KL, i have applied for home fiber , company sent me message of delay , than i requested them to cencel My application but even after several request via e-mail and whats up and call at customer care got no response , pathetic and Un professional
I been keep calling and complaining about the network service connectivity was badly even Facebook also need to loading,my phone was new buy,can the customer service told you back is your phone problem? I'm was the customer I been paid for your network service but sound like cheating the customer, I think the digi center limited the connection internet to the user,make so big advertising about 5g network for me your service network no even half G, cheating network telco company!

I been using digi for more then 10 years. Ever since digi + celcom the service is getting worse. Line always in very low always having problems with loading. Reporting the problem with Digi still not in proving. Very disappointed think to chang to maxis.
Bad quality and frequently drop call s. Signal poor and fluctuate . What has happen after merging with celcom. Internet usually 4g with frequent lagging while surfing internet. I used celcom too. Now i have both fxcked up telco.
I just called to digi helpline. The representative is so rude and can't help solve my problem. Only said "Mdm, you just reply the message." Lousy service I ever had.
I hate digi data. Always no connection or soooo slow. Area manjoi ipoh never get connection
I was playing Mobile Legend game online but the game kept disconnecting and lagging mid-game making me lose interest in playing games. I should have the fastest internet because RM50 per month for internet. But the internet was still too slow and not satisfactory. If possible instead of investing in 5G technology, DIGI can work on improving the network quality and provide good customer service.
Digi is basically a scam. Being a tourist here, I bought the first SIM card I saw in a convenience store. It was a mistake. SIM activation in the mydigi app didn't work, so I had to trek to a digi store and pay staff to activate the SIM. Then I bought a reload, but despite paying for 5 GB of data, unlimited social media, etc. the digi network gives me only GSM coverage. Tried to get help, but support functions on the app don't work. Support functions on the website don't work. digi only wants to take your money and provide no coverage and no service in return.

I feel very disappointed with digi helpline centre when I call to have roaming service to oversea on 15/10/2023 help by digi shop centre at Aeon station 18 Ipoh staff who call on behalf. However everything confirm infront of me with helpline customer centre for roaming 30 days but at last what digi never gave me a good reason why they keep on billing me until rm 500.00 for the roaming. Okay now what I get from your site is me mistake.I suggest digi to get me your explaination
