Thanks for the fantastic review, Robert! Tommy is amazing. We're so glad to hear how great your experience with him has been.
Thank you for the feedback! We're so glad you had a great experience.
Thank you for the great feedback, Danny! We're sorry to hear about your frustration on mat expansion. Please contact us in the case that you want to add to your setup and we'll see what we can do for you!
Dr. Hanson, We’re very sorry to hear that this experience has been frustrating. Purchasing custom mats is a significant investment, and we understand how important it is that everything arrives exactly as expected. Our team has been in communication regarding this order, and we are currently reviewing all details of the process — including the original measurements, documentation, and correspondence — to better understand what may have caused the confusion and to identify the root cause. Because each mat system is manufactured to the specifications approved prior to production, we take extra care to document those details throughout the ordering process. That said, if something in the process was unclear or could have been communicated better, we absolutely want to learn from it and improve the experience for our customers. We appreciate the time you’ve spent corresponding with our team so far and remain committed to thoroughly reviewing this situation. Our goal is always to ensure customers feel supported and confident when working with us.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback!
So sorry you had an problem with your order and communication. We strive to respond quickly and accurately. I will pass your comments along to our Team so we can improve.
Thank you so much for putting your trust in us, Donald, and for the kind words and feedback. We will let Nola know -- that will make her day. If you need anything in the future, you know where to find us!
Thank you so much for the great review, Corey!
We appreciate the feedback, Andre!
Thank you SO much for the kind words and 2 decades of trust, Coach O! Feedback like this is exactly why we do what we do.
Thank yo so much for the wonderful feedback, we're thrilled to hear that you love your mats!
Mat 为 H.S.
