Hi booked train ticket for 4 pax for 1 June 12.30pm SG to JB on 1 May but no email confirmation nor pending confirmation emails received from easybook. Tried call hotline from Friday till today but seems always busy. So is my booking successful or not? My credit card has been charged

Haven't had any bad experiences so far

Haven't had any bad experiences so far. Booked bus and train tickets on the platform. Only thing is that I always have trouble booking train tickets in the mornings bcos the website cant load. But it is okay by afternoon.

Update on previous review

Wrote a review prior to this. Eventually got response couple of days later. Problems rectified. They agree to refund the double charged bookings. Although yet to get back the refund, I still appreciate at least someone read the email, response and acted on it. Therefore the number of stars increase.

Easybook is great but has some flaws

Easybook has been my go to website to book all kinds of busses throughout Asia. It has been working fine every single time. However I would like to mention that easybook is very uncooperative as soon as you booked your ticket you cannot change anything on it anymore. I booked a single bus trip and wanted to change it to a round trip later on and they said they can’t do it. I never had this kind of problem with any other provider. I think easybook should start getting more flexible with this stuff.

Will recommend!

I'm an expat living in Singapore. This is my third time using this online booking website and I have just made my booking for my upcoming Malacca's trip in March. Pretty excited about it! In terms of the website's user interface, it's really simple, hassle-free and intuitive. Given that I'm from the States, I think this website would be really awesome if there's a choice for customers like us to be able to book for flight tickets. Other than that, everything else is pretty much great I guess.

The worst bus experience with STAR QISTNA SG

The worst bus experience that my partner and I had ever had with STAR QISTNA SG... we were there at the bus counter as per the receipt 30 mins earlier... however, we waited for 2 hours and 30mins and still no bus and the 2 counter person that have attended to us was very rude and they keep asking us to wait... As a customer point of view it’s not a good appearance as they already have a system but they look like STAR QISTNA SG didn’t know what are they doing in terms of business... This is really disappointing...

Vehicle No-Show

I booked a car for Ipoh. It wasn’t there at the designated time and place. I contacted the provider named on the booking confirmation, but they had no knowledge of the booking. I phoned the number for Easybook shown on the booking confirmation and they took prompt action, and they were very polite. It is very difficult to find the company’s phone number : it is in the smallest print possible and almost hidden.

I dont know about bus but when I buy…

I dont know about bus but when I buy the ets ticket from easybook it is very easy and it beat the hell out of the ktm official website. Good job easybook.

Works well for bus journeys in…

Works well for bus journeys in Malaysia. Also it's fairly easy to find a discount code on the Internet for a quick 10% off. Only problem is that their app is just a buggy redirect to the website. Don't bother downloading it.
