Good product works as expected fixed the problem

After 100hours

After 100hours, So far so good! This printer delivers flawless prints everytime in Petg and Pla. I chose Elegoo CC2 over Qidi Q2 and am very happy about my decision. Delivery was quick and the price is really good for the quality offered. UI is easy to understand and navigate, elegoo slicer work just like Orca and except from some easy to solve cloud/wifi connections issues, everything is great. I recommand this printer.

Can’t use the printer over WiFi with my pc and phone, it works for about a week, then can’t be seen by them anymore.

Just go with another brand. As a first time user this experience has been a nightmare. Bad experience left and right. Don’t waste time, money, and hair pulling here. It ain’t worth it. Honestly I feel stuck now trying to make something work that just leaves me frustrated. Thought this would be a fun hobby to start but this product is making me question it all. Especially when I have coworkers and friends with different makers products shocked with the amount of simple issues I’m having. Look somewhere else. Feel like I just put $500 and my morale in a garbage disposal.

I have yet to produce a successful print and your support materials have been no help. I’ve had to turn to the community and still I can’t get a successful print. Horribly disappointed.

I ordered five different colors but received five all one color. I wrote them to ask what happened but have had no response.

The hotend kit jammed 2days and not even 3 prints in and they don’t just sell the kit for it so I’m out of luck

Print is ok for the money

Print is ok for the money. However it will not print the 4 th spool by itself self only in multiple colors print. It also need to do lots of calibration and the Z offset has to be set manually every time . This is not a printer u can start and forget about.

Easy to purchase

Easy to purchase. I am spoiled by Amazon overnight delivery so waiting for the printer irked me.

CC1 with 400 hours without any issues

I have a CC1 and am waiting for the Canvas add on. I have about 400 hours on the CC1 and have had no problems that weren't my own fault. I have had two reels of Elegoo PLA that came with twisted filament causing failed prints. I did receive a damaged ribbon cable with the machine which Elegoo replaced at no cost. So far not bad.

I was sent the wrong board I don't understand you have 2 neptune 4 max controller boards and the price difference is like $140.00 plus your firmware update can't be any more complicated. I changed the ribbon cable and swapped stepper motors and extruders still wil not feed or retract filament

the printer is great., i do believe the printer should be given with a half a bottle of resin as something to do the test print with . please also do not use fedex because they have messed around with delivery dates and shipping . thank you adam
