I ordered a wheelset from Elite Wheels.
The original order was lost after 38 days, and I only found out after chasing them for an update—they never proactively communicated the issue.
They did however ship another set of wheels which arrived in good time and are of great quality. I believe, tried their best to make good and technically although annoying to me, things getting lost isn't their fault.
Tracking with "17Track" is pretty awful. But apart from that they did good.

Fantastic wheels, fast shipping and excellent customer service.
The wheels are awesome, very well built and lightweight. My ebike is now ligther and more enjoyable. They are also nice and good looking. I had to replace the valve because of Bosch sensor.
The shipping is fast (15-20 days) and the customer service is excellent. I needed a replacement part and it came in 3 days!
I recommend these wheels for all your bikes if you want something nice, good, durable and with perfect customer support.

Decent wheels! Nice performance. Look great. Worth the cost. Only 1 dislike: the loud ratcheting freewheel sound, it’s simply too loud. When approaching a road crossing where visibility is limited, the sound of the freewheel masks the sound of approaching traffic which means you have to stop to listen for traffic. Not a big deal, but then again, being able to hear oncoming traffic is only second to seeing the traffic.

First I ordered a freehub that was labeled for my wheel. Waited forever to get it. Then it was wrong. And after tons of emails finally they send me the right one and then said they won’t refund me for the first one cause it was my fault I got the wrong one. Even though there was only one option on the site for the free hub needed. Worst company ever! And they wanted me to pay shipping back for the first freehub that they sent me which was wrong.

Great wheels (G45 and Drive 50d II) and customer service
After good experience with the G45 SS on my gravelbike also got the Drive 50d II for my racer. And again a great weelset!
The delivery took a while (longer then the G45 cause its a new model?) but definitly worth it.
The wheels look and drive amazing. They are smooth running (love the bearings) and have very good driving behaviour. Even with hard wind (which we have all the time in The Netherlands).
The contact with the customer service is always friendly and they react very fast.
Overall (again) a great experience with Elite Wheels!

Got a good service and fast replies..the only suggestion i made was about giving us the option to purchase the adapter o inflate the disk wheel...i didn't know we needed one and found myself in trouble to use it for the first time.

Really nice set of wheels for the price. I upgraded to DT Swiss hubs and Sapim spokes. I wouldn’t say they were the truest wheels I’ve had out of the box but rest of the build quality is good so far.

Absolutely beautiful product. Beside the weight issue that was mentioned by a couple of YouTuber, the wheels arrived in immaculate condition. I have not ridden them yet but the Helix rear hub seems to be catching (when you stop pedalling, the hub doesn’t turn freely and drives the chain in the wrong direction). It may be a temporary issue and it will hopefully go away. I will know more after my first ride.
