online chat always informative Needed new spoke, spoke to agent via chat, could add to a friends order of wheels, they also gave me a chart with the spoke sizes for my wheels and his wheels. Excellent service.
Hi Liz, Thank you for your review! We’re glad our online chat team helped you with the spoke and size chart, and arranged the order smoothly. Thanks for your support and enjoy your rides!
I couldn’t be happier with my Elite Wheels Marvel 50VII. From start to finish, the transaction was smooth and professional. Customer service was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy, which always gives extra confidence when buying wheels online. As for the wheels themselves — wow. They completely transformed my bike. Visually, they make it look way more pro and expensive (not going to lie, that alone made me smile 😂). But more importantly, the performance gains are noticeable. They feel stiff, responsive, and fast. Acceleration feels snappier, and once you’re up to speed, they hold momentum beautifully. Overall, I absolutely recommend the Marvel 50VII. Great value, great support, and a serious upgrade both in looks and ride quality. 🔥 10/10 from me. Thanks Martin for helping during the process.
Hi Juan, Thank you so much for your awesome 10/10 review of the Marvel 50VII wheels! We’re thrilled you’re so happy with them—from the smooth transaction and responsive support to the pro looks and noticeable performance gains (stiff, snappy acceleration, great momentum retention). Shout-out to Martin for helping make your experience great too! Thanks for your fantastic recommendation—enjoy every fast ride!
I have owned 2 sets of the Elite Wheels Drive 50d II. The first set I ordered has performed flawlessly and has been very easy to maintain. I actually prefer these wheels over my old Bontrager Aeolus RSL 51. The second set I ordered was damaged in shipping (at no fault of Elite Wheels). The process to get replacement parts was very easy, and the staff have been very respectful and helpful.
Hi Austin, Thank you so much for being our happy repeat customer! We’re thrilled your Drive 50D II wheels perform flawlessly, are easy to maintain, and even outshine your old Bontrager wheels. We’re also glad we could make the replacement process for your damaged set smooth and stress-free. Thanks for your loyalty!
I recently purchased a set of wheels which are the Drive G45 SS. Customer service was excellent — I always received quick and helpful responses to my questions. I highly recommend Elitewheels for their great products and professional support.

I edit this review since Elite wheels addressed the problems with wheels. I was expecting the bearings to be replaced and maybe readjust the spokes, but instead they offered me brand new set of wheels. No many brands operate this way nowadays, specially when something can be fixed. Top notch customer service.
Hi Rubén, Thank you for your honest and detailed review of the Drive 40D wheels. We appreciate you sharing your experience over the past year. We’re glad the wheels felt solid and made your bike more responsive, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues you had with the bearings and front wheel braking. Feedback like yours helps us improve our products and quality control. We’ll take your comments about hub serviceability and spare parts availability very seriously as we keep developing our wheels.
Very good contact with the Customer Support and outstanding Quality for such a fair pricing. Delivery time as stated online, so totally recommend buying Elite wheels In my case it was the Drive II 50/65 Wheelset as well as the TT Bundle

Great wheels but terrible delivery service, I waited 3 months for delivery, weighed more than listed in discription even after allowing for rim tape and valves.
Hi Peter, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the long delivery wait and the weight issue you’ve experienced. We are currently looking into this matter and will get back to you with our best solution as soon as possible.
Before placing my order, I contacted customer service and they quickly provided all the information I needed. Unfortunately, my wheels arrived damaged during shipping. However, their support team responded immediately and sent out a replacement without any hassle. The Drive G36 wheels are of exceptional quality. Everything feels extremely well made, and I honestly can’t find a single negative point. Even the tubeless tape is applied more cleanly than on other wheels I’ve owned — including ones that cost twice as much. I can only highly recommend ELITEWHEELS!

Quality wheels! This has been a hassle-free process, ordering, choosing decals and freehub, their packaging, through to riding. These are quality competition wheels. Customer service tracked the delivery of my order, as soon as there appeared to possibly be an issue I was informed and told that another pair of wheels had been dispatched. These Elite wheels Drive II 50D wheelset have provided the final touch to my new lightweight competition bike at a sensible price. I highly recommend Elite Wheels if you are building a new bike or wish to upgrade your current ride.

Elitewheels Drive G45 SS It wasn’t an easy choice. I spent hours watching YouTube reviews, browsing bike shop websites, comparing prices, weighing the pros and cons of different wheelsets — and eventually I landed on the Elitewheels Drive G45 SS. Even though Elitewheels offer prices two to two‑and‑a‑half times lower than top brands, while matching — and in some ways exceeding — their performance, spending $1K on a wheelset still wasn’t an easy decision for me. Luckily, after completing a short survey I received a generous discount, and that became the final push to buy them right away. Two endlessly long weeks of waiting for delivery :) And finally, the wheels arrived. When the courier handed me the box, I honestly thought it was empty — that’s how light it was. A quick unboxing… and there they were in my hands. Almost weightless compared to my old aluminum wheels. The finish quality is excellent, the tubeless tape was already installed, and the spoke tension was perfect. I couldn’t wait to take them out for a ride. After 500 km, I can say — it’s magic. Every bit of power you put into the pedals transfers instantly to the wheels. They smooth out cobblestones and rough pavement incredibly well. My 45 mm Schwalbe G-One Bite tires measured 48 mm on these rims, which, I think, added even more comfort. And the sound of the rear hub… pure music to my ears. I really hope these wheels will continue to bring me nothing but positive emotions. And one more thing — out of pure excitement, I ended up improving my times on several of my regular segments. Sorry for the emotional review — but they’re genuinely awesome!
Hi Anatoly, Huge thanks for this incredibly detailed, heartfelt review of your Drive G45 SS wheels—we’re absolutely blown away by how much you love them! We’re thrilled you chose us after hours of research, and that the discount helped make your decision easier. So glad the wait was worth it—from the ultra-lightweight feel out of the box, flawless finish, pre-installed tubeless tape and perfect spoke tension, to the magic ride after 500 km: instant power transfer, amazing comfort on rough roads, the perfect fit for your Schwalbe G-One Bite tires, and that sweet rear hub sound. It’s awesome they’ve even helped you crush your segment times—this is exactly what we build our wheels for! Thanks for sharing your excitement and for choosing Elitewheels. We hope these wheels bring you countless more happy rides and PRs ahead!
